Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Tolles Haus in idyllischer Lage. Insbesondere im großen Pool haben meine drei Kinder viel Spaß gehabt. Mit dem Auto ist in annehmbarer Zeit alles gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

Marina is a wonderful hostess. She was always helpful and replied immediately. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was clean upon arrival and according to the descriptions and photos. There is wood for the fireplace! Marinas restaurant recommendation worked very well for us (Terrarossa in Conversano) and the place is a great hub for trips as far as Matera. We recommend Conversano as well, less tourist than in other places but very nice as well, e. g. for aperitivi. Everything worked superbly and we enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this beautiful place to friends. Thanks a lot, Marina!

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

We loved our stay! Boris was a very kind host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very nice, clear of clutter, the bedrooms are very large and comfortable, the beds and linens are nice. Good array of appliances and amenities. The internet was good and stable. The live and dried plants are a lovely detail of the house! The outdoor spaces are very nice as well. Even though you can't really walk to the beach, the location was great for driving to different towns and beaches. The garden was lovely to enjoy, great fruit trees, and the cats kept to themselves and didn't bother us. Excellent value for money, and a lovely holiday! Mille graze Boris + Giorgia! :)

Este lugar es mi favorito de los que hemos ido hasta ahora. Mantiene la singularidad de la región, sin estridencias. El pueblo es accesible y pequeño, lleno de familias y vida sencilla, con buenos restaurantes muy recomendables (gracias Carlo y Anna). Los anfitriones son cultos, amables y nada atosigantes. Han mantenido el lugar y embellecido sin destruir, una labor de décadas que hemos vislumbrado en cada rincón. Aquí la vida pasa despacio, entre olivos, libélulas y libros. Acompañamos las noches en el porche con vino y quesos de la región, llenos de felicidad y escuchando las cigarras. La piscina es muy necesaria porque el calor es fuerte. La casa es cómoda, muy hogareña y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Todo está limpio, doblado, encantador. La atención a los químicos es extrema, no hay ni un jabón ni un pesticida que acabe con el equilibrio de la finca. Pasea entre los pinos y puede que tengas suerte y vislumbres algún erizo o un pequeño zorro.Gracias Anna y Carlo! Volveremos✨

Väldigt mysigt boende och välutrustat. Antonella var en perfekt värd, alltid tillgånlig och hjälpsam. Såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde och hjälpte till att ordna transfer och hyrbil, jättesmidigt!Nära till havet och en kort promenad till stranden. Nära till en del resturanger och affärer, dock är det mesta stängt denna tid på året, så bra med bil. Bra med dubbla internet uppkopplingar, som vi använde då vi jobbade från boendet, vilket fungerade bra. Fanns bord att sitta vid på båda våningarna. Bra att tänka på är att boendet är uppdelat på två våningar, som man endast tar sig emellan på utsidan av huset. Pågick en del renoveringar i området, samt väldigt många skällande hundar både dag och nattetid, så ibland störande ljud, i ett annars väldigt fridfullt område. Vi kan varmt rekommendera boendet och värden!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

Francesco è stato un host impeccabile, la sua struttura è veramente l'ideale per chi vuole scappare dal caos cittadino. Gli appartamenti sono piccolini ma hanno tutto il necessario per vivere tranquillamente una settimana o più (suggerirei solamente di mettere un piccolo microonde cosi da poter scaldare qualche piatto al volo). La struttura è magnifica, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, ed è estremamente curata; inoltre Francesco mette a disposizione delle biciclette cosi da poter raggiungere la spiaggia vicina senza dover muovere la macchina. La consiglierei sicuramente a chi volesse soggiornare a San Foca e dintorni. Grazie Francesco!

Francesco è stato estremamente disponibile fin dal primo momento, prima ancora del nostro arrivo. Al check in ci ha accolti e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno oltre a tanti consigli da vero esperto della zona. La casa era come da descrizione, spazi molto vivibili, con tutto il necessario per godersi al meglio il soggiorno. Pulizia impeccabile e spazio all’aperto ampio e godibile. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa! Posizione perfetta appena fuori dal caos di Torre Vado, vicina a tutti i servizi tra Torre Vado e Morciano di Leuca. Il parcheggio convenzionato è una vera chicca e tra l’altro si trova in prossimità della spiaggia più bella del paese. Non posso che consigliare questo alloggio e ringraziare Francesco per la sua grande gentilezza e la passione che mette nel gestire la struttura!

Absolutely lovely place. Tranquil and beautiful, this place was exactly what the doctor ordered. Sound of waves and the birds chirping made every morning coffee that much more enjoyable. Easy access to the beach and a local cafe with fabulous espresso and pastries. Only drawback was the timing of our visit meant many places were still closed and resulted in limited choices for restaurants. But the few that were open were great. Spotless house, beautiful location and friendly host made this a great place and I highly recommend.

L ' Host Matteo e' stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile , ci ha trattati non come ospiti ma come famigliari. Svegliarsi la mattina con la vista sul golfo e' stato meraviglioso e indimenticabile . La casa e' pulita , ben fornita di tutto cio ' che puo ' servire, letti comodi e posizione strategica per esplorare il gargano . I gattini sono adorabili e non disturbano per nulla . L’esperienza è stata molto positiva, Gianni è stato sempre disponibile, flessibile e pro attivo, dal check-in al prenotare ristoranti per noi fino al check-out. Lo chalet ha una posizione perfetta per raggiungere facilmente in auto il Sirino da un lato o il santuario della madonna nera di Viggiano dall’altro, oppure a piedi ci si immette in un sentiero da trekking segnalato subito fuori la porta di casa. Davvero consigliato se si cerca un posto dove staccare da tutto e dedicarsi solo alla natura ed al camino, in totale silenzio e tranquillità. All’interno lo chalet è molto ben curato nell’ arredamento e l’atmosfera è accogliente. Non c’è internet. Grazie ancora a Gianni per essere stato davvero premuroso e sempre presente ma con discrezione e genuinità.

Smuk og fantastiske omgivelser i fred og ro. Helt utroligt skønt område og masser at tave sig til for en børnefamilie som os. Vi var afsted 3 børn på 4,7 og 9 år. Mario var vores vejleder igennem hele ugen og vi havde megen gavn af hans store erfaring💪🏻

Die Hütte liegt inmitten von Olivenhainen, etwas abseits vom Trubel und die Klimaanlage ist Gold Wert. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da man sonst schon ein recht gutes Stück laufen müsste um an den Strand oder zum einkaufen zu kommen. Wer es aber ruhiger mag, wird hier voll auf seine Kosten kommen. Was auch interessant ist, ist das die Geschäfte sogar Sonntags offen sind. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub in einer echt schönen Hütte. Vielen Dank

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questo grazioso chalet di campagna e ci siamo innamorati della pace che ispira questa location: il posto è davvero incantevole ed è perfetto per chi ama rilassarsi nella natura ed esplorare zone verdi. La posizione dello chalet è anche comoda per spostarsi verso le attrazioni naturalistiche più gettonate della Basilicata e lo consigliamo come base per gli amanti dell’escursionismo e delle passeggiate campestri. Il signor Giuseppe ci ha accolti calorosamente al nostro arrivo e ci ha istruito su tutto ciò che necessitavamo sapere per godere appieno della casa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Inoltre è stato super disponibile per qualunque nostra esigenza e ci ha lasciato in omaggio frutti e castagne della sua azienda di famiglia (regalo graditissimo!) 🌰🍊🪵 Pulizia impeccabile e facile accessibilità nella proprietà, con possibilità di parcheggiare dentro. Esperienza più che positiva, addirittura bucolica! ✨🌿🍃🍁🍂🍄‍🟫🪴🌱
