This place is a 10/10. I’ve stayed at well over 25 Airbnbs and this was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. I loved it so much I hope to routinely return when I need to go to the KC area. Pros: •private driveway to park, just a few steps away from the unit •private, covered patio outside with table and chairs (the temp was perfect out and it was beautiful in the yard) •spacious (the added office room was incredible) •comfortable bed (and I’m picky) •amazing shower, with a large bathroom (plenty of room to get ready, felt spacious and not cramped at all) •location was the best (literally located minutes from stores, restaurants, etc) •extremely easy to find, neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe •host was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating •host uses fragrance-free detergent on sheets and towels (which is a must for us sensitive/allergic folks) •host paid attention to little details that go a LONG ways (full length mirrors, scissors, other supplies to use)

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Casa de Cooper and it's the same beautiful home i remember. Jessica's place is a gem with amazing views and a welcoming space. We took advantage of the bar/restaurant at the Fours Seasons across the street as well as frequented the local eatery Teseque Grill & Market which has become our favorite spot. A quick drive to Santa Fe as well as a great location to be in if you are headed to Bandalier or Ghost Ranch. Will be back...again!

My sisters and I loved this place! Very comfortable sitting area. We all slept well. Fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the patio when we returned after a day out. We loved the combination of traditional New Mexico and modern items, such as the tiled kitchen and the modern red fire hydrant kitchen table. The decor was fun! Would love to visit and stay here again.

Nice Place! I was doing something special for my wife they even let the person I was using to set up everything for my wife and I come in and setup and cook. Definitely recommended this place!

Krystal was an absolutely phenomenal host, and was available whenever I had questions. I am thankful for her kindness and caring nature! We had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to go back when we visit Norman again! She’s amazing!

Derek’s place was great! Our kids particularly loved the back yard! They loved having the swings and play set to stretch their legs after lots of hikes and driving during this vacation. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities you could need! Checkout was a breeze with very little needed prior to leaving. This was our second time to Amarillo. We would definitely stay at Derek’s place again!

This place was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly how it was described, clean, great breakfast place (Mildred’s) right next door, and tram pickup right out front. Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved the decor!

Eloy’s place was a great deal and was able to accommodate a last minute reservation. He provided clear check in instructions and great food recommendations in the area.

This was such a great place to stay! The host was very communicative and the area was beautiful and quaint. I would definitely recommend this spot!

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great little space! Very good location and easy to find. Owners were easy to communicate with. Clean and so cute! Staircase to enter the 2nd story building is a bit trying, but not sure how else they could do it because of where it’s at. Overall great stay!

Beautiful, private and serene location. I feel refreshed and renewed from my stay here...my pup loved it here as well.

Condo is very nice with a good location. We walked to La Choza, our favorite restaurant.

We had a great stay. April was a great host and super responsive. I loved that she checked in on us to see how our stay was going. I’d definitely book with her again.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

Carolyn’s place was clean and tidy. It had everything I needed for my quick stay. It was a little tricky to find the correct building but it was nighttime when I arrived, so no fault of Carolyn!

Our stay at Lake of the Ozarks was absolutely incredible! From the breathtaking views to the peaceful atmosphere, this trip was everything we could have hoped for. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We spent our days enjoying the lake, exploring local restaurants, and unwinding on the deck with stunning sunset views. The hospitality was top-notch, and every little detail made our stay even more special. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be! This was my 4th or 5th stay at this nice condo. I'm convinced it has the best view of any Airbnb at the Lake. Steve is a great host. I arrived soon after a pretty big snowfall, and Pelican Bay had the complex plowed and shoveled really well.

This place was very welcoming and amazing, right on the lake which was beautiful! Frank was an awesome host. Would definitely come again.

We loved staying here. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved that it was towards the back and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views looking out the bedroom sliding glass door to the balcony. The family card game was a huge hit! The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
