Modern Loft Living near the Nana Skytrain Station

Very nice, quiet and spacious apartment close to Nana BTS. Many restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Super comfy bed, lots of amenities. I really enjoyed my time at Joop’s apartment! Also: Joop is a very friendly and responsive host. 100% recommend

This was the best place I stayed at in Bangkok! Everything was super clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and natural — no synthetic fabrics, which I really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. It’s a bit of a walk from the BTS station, but there are regular tuk-tuks that get you there in just 5 minutes, so transportation was easy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and there was plenty of storage space for all my stuff. Highly recommend! The host was also very welcoming and thoughtful — they left a lovely welcome basket with snacks, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. Highly recommend!

Room was neat and tidy. Looks exactly like in pictures. All amenities available including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave etc. Andrew was responding immediately for any concerns. Nearby shops and restaurants available. Getting a parking space was a real struggle although free parking space available in the premises.

这是我在相同价位里住的最舒服的民宿了。房间设施齐全而且很新，床非常舒服，老板安装了隔音窗户，所以噪音不大。每个房间都有独立的卫生间和浴室，一点也不拥挤。老板的回消息的速度很快，很热情，有任何困难都能在短时间内得到回应，我会推荐给我的朋友来住。

Our stay at Amm’s place was truly incredible. Apartment is clean and fully loaded with all the necessities (soaps, microwave, fridge, etc). Amm is also very responsive and the check in instruction is clear and easy to follow. We highly recommend Amm’s apartment if u decide to explore thong lor or bangkok in general.

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.

Thank you to all of the host involved. I really appreciate everything. From the ride to the airport to making sure we had something to do while waiting on the house to be ready. مرحبًا سوف اكتب تعليقي باللغة العربية للعرب الذين سيأتون بعدي وايضًا بامكانكم ترجمة كلامي المكان جميل لا بأس له وتعامل صاحبة المنزل من ارقى ما يكون استمتعت بتواجدي هناك وايضًا يوجد حمايه على جميع الفلل من الخارج لدى الامن كل شيء كان جميل وسعر المنزل كان جدا مناااسب الذي يحتاج منزل بسيط مكون من دورين يوجد به ثلاث غرف في الاعلى وفي الاسفل صاله وطاولة طعام ومطبخ لا يترردد والسعر فعلا كان جدا مناسب ويعتبر قليل مقارنة بالمنازل الاخرى شكرا جزيلا لاهتمامكم بنا ( صاحبة المنزل كنتِ رائعه ومتفهمة اشكرك)!!

Overall, a wonderful stay. The guesthous was located in a great area, close to everything . the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. For the price, it was a fantastic deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Considering how affordable it was, the value was excellent. I’ll be recommending this to friends.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
