House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

Nice place to stay at host very responsive

The stay was seamless thanks to Stacie and her team. The apartment is airy and relaxing. The decor lends itself to feeling relaxed and homie. I have to decide what to focus on here because it was such an amazing stay. I would hands down recommend this apartment and property owner. Stacies’s team made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Yessenia even picked us up from the airport, took us shopping, hired our personal chef. The daily cleaning was impeccable and not intrusive. I have rented many apartments and homes over the years and this has been the best care we have ever received. Mind you we have stayed in a mansion in Casa de Campo with a butler in the past. We also prefer this to 5 star all inclusive resorts because it allows the feel of home while having the amenities right outside our door. I could go on but then this would become an essay. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to any couple that is looking to relax and decompress.

We loved our stay here! Even though it was just two of us, the place is well suited for larger groups with the huge living room, kitchen, private patio area, etc. Since we mainly did excursions it was a perfect alternative to the all inclusive resorts. We just walked to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and the supermarket (open late) which were all just a few minutes away so it was super convenient. The place was very clean when we checked in. The master bedroom faces the courtyard so it wasn't loud at all, and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Kath and Arlene were very responsive and made check-in super easy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the area was quiet and safe, with lots of great spots nearby. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lorenzo war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und immer schnell erreichbar für jede Anfrage. Wünsche wurden von Lorenzo schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Strand, jedoch leider keine weitere Möglichkeiten. Für Restaurant, Einkaufen und alles ausser Baden , braucht man Taxi oder Uber, bei jede Fahrtkosten von 3 -5 Dollar pro Fahrt, geht es dann sehr ins Budget! Wohnung ist gross und gut eingerichtet. Super sind die Klimaanlagen für jeden Raum. Küchenutensilien veraltet und könnten mit neuen ersetzt werden. Pool sind sehr sauber.

excelente vista, habitaciones confortables, muchos lugares para escaparse y estar tranquilo. Espacios para los mas pequeños de la casa. Piscina super limpia, hermosa. todo muy higienico.
