We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's home! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Bear Lake, yet peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The house itself is incredibly spacious and easily accommodated our group of three families with plenty of room to spare. The yard was a highlight, with many outdoor activities keeping the kids entertained for hours. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this 1-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I with our son stayed for 3 nights. We came for my son’s baseball tournament. Communication with Laurie was excellent, and she was always available to assist us throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and helpfulness made everything a breeze. We really enjoyed the unique touches and her thoughtfulness. The cottage was spotless and well-equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, adding to our convenience. Despite its compact size, we had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Don't hesitate—just book it! Trust us, you won't regret it. We absolutely loved this place. The look and feel is modern and nice, but also very comfortable for a big family. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the theater room and living space are a great touch. Cami was very accommodating and helpful. We’ll likely book here again! Compared to other listings that we looked at. This was the best for the price and helped facilitate unforgettable memories!

The cabins has breathtaking views. The lake reminded us of how amazing nature is around Utah. The snow was peaceful and the lake was relaxing. At the same time the house had amenities to keep my kids busy and they loved the house also.

This place was so adorable!!! It was well kept, and Jake was an amazing host. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay! Kylie’s place was perfect for our group’s retreat. It was very affordable compared to the other places up there but we did go in the off season. There were 17 beds (1 king, 3 full, 13 twins), plus comfy reclining couches and a futon (though it could use a topper). The bunk beds are very squeaky, which made some people nervous about moving around at night, but there’s plenty of floor space for air mattresses and for one night it was just fine. The kitchen had everything we needed, though as others mentioned, some pots need replacing and the microwaves have issues—only one works, and it’s tricky to open. The backyard was a highlight with a fire pit and trampoline. The location is gorgeous and close to the lake. Kylie was quick to respond and great to work with. Overall, it was a lovely, functional space for a group of 16–22.

What a peaceful place and beautiful view. We really enjoyed our two nights here. We were right down the street from north shore beach which made it very nice to have such a short drive after a long day in the sun. The fireplace was perfect for us to gather around and talk once the sun was going down. Plenty of room for everyone and space for kids to run around outside. Being right up on the water was ideal for those who fished!

Lots of positive things about this place. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathtub was large. The decor was cute and the kitchen well outfitted. It suited our party of seven very comfortably. We loved the back porch seating area too! We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Couple of things that were hard for our group: we had 3 people with chronic pain and limited mobility and the stairs are rather steep, so that was a challenge. There is only one bathroom and seven of us, so that required some coordination. I thought the listing said 2 bathrooms but I was mistaken. There are some spices (the basics) but if you're doing a lot of cooking I suggest you bring your own. Also, there was literally nothing in the fridge so if you need things like condiments or butter, etc bring it with you. I honestly didn't think of those things so that's on me.

What a wonderful cottage and wonderful host. We arrived at midnight in a snowstorm and Janna was very kind to help us over the phone to get the door code figured out. It’s always hard to get the door to open during a snowstorm at midnight! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
