Spacious whole condo w/ no one above and below you @ Villas at Legacy, a resort like community. Includes: 3 TVs (1 Roku TV), free Netflix & Disney+, fast Wi-Fi, 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed, and 2 pull out sofas. Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & clean towels Kitchen amenities: cups, plates, silverware, electric rice cooker, coffee/tea station & various utensils. We hope you will enjoy relaxing or working in our serene beach condo. If you have any questions, I am here to answer them 24/7. Only the garage is on the first floor with direct access to the unit. There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor. The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room. Natural, comfortable, simple, clean and spacious. Gated property with security guard. 1 car garage with direct access to the unit. Additional guest parking available near unit (must use hanging pass). Keys/code to 2 pools with hot tubs, playground and gym. via email/text msg is best Walk 6 minutes (0.3 miles) to the beach. Come &experience the best kept secret on the gulf coast. 3BR 3BA vacation home, gated community. 2 masters! Both upper bedrooms feature King beds and en-suites ( full bathrooms). Sleeps up to 7 or 8, located just 1.5 blocks from the gulfs white sand beaches, near Aquarium and water-park, casinos, restaurants, boating rentals, malls, golf walking/biking paths, pickleball nearby. The Magnolia Tree House. Located on over an acre just 2 blocks from a boat launch about a mile from a beach, our 1 bedroom apartment is the all seclusion and relaxation you need. We have a limit of 30 overnight guests but have beds for 18. Floor mattresses available.

BSL Main St. Pool/Hot Tub Oasis BSL039

On Main Street With Beautiful Heated Private Pool and hot tub. Location and House are Incredible. 3 bedrooms and an additional loft in one of the bedrooms. Really nice house and pool area. On Main Street with privacy. Hot Tub is available all year Pool is heated April through Mid October as long as outside temperatures remain 70 degrees or warmer. Registration number BSL039
