We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Bridget’s cottage was absolutely tremendous! It felt homely, warm and welcoming! It was private and out of the way without being miles away from what you needed. We stayed with our 18 month old and dog who had a lovely time too. The stair gate on the bedroom was great as it gave our son freedom to wonder about upstairs whilst we got ready. There was also plenty of room for the travel cot too. Bridget was excellent at giving local recommendations and instructions for the cottage. We tried Rye in Frome which served excellent coffee! So thank you for that too. A perfect Christmassy getaway! Felt like the holiday! Thank you so much xx

A wonderful house very central to Bath centre, restaurant’s, attractions, shops and bars. The house was cosy and extremely tastefully decorated. Alison was a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and at home. We will be back.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. We are very lucky to have stayed here, it was within walking distance to everything with beautiful views in between. The home itself was exactly as it looked in the pictures it was incredibly clean and felt so homely. Dickon was an immaculate host he gave us some great recommendations and was just very kind and generous throughout. I can’t thank him enough and I will most definitely love to stay here again!!

We had a fabulous stay at Lois’ for a weekend friends reunion. Lois and Paul were welcoming and took the time to talk us through local information. The house had more sleeping areas than we’d realised, which was great. We used the pool and were delighted to find Lois had left us an array of treats in the kitchen. Thank you for having us, I am sure we’ll be back to this fab location.

Another lovely stay as always! Our whole family loves this place so we just keep coming back! Great for kids that need the right surroundings to feel calm and at home. This time we experimented with getting busses into town which was a hit! Thanks Tamsin and David for another excellent stay.

We stayed at the house for an extended period of time while some repairs were carried out on our home. Jodie was an amazing host, always responsive, kind and willing to help. The house itself is beautiful, very well looked after, spotlessly clean & really well equipped. The large garden and play house are a huge bonus for kids, and lovely parks a stones throw from the house. Plenty of parking, walking distance from the centre of Bradford on Avon. A brilliant find, thank you so much ☺️

We had a really great weekend in Rebecca and Paul’s lovely apartment. Location is fantastic for exploring Bath - you couldn’t be more central and are surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and pubs. The apartment has everything you could need and we felt at home straight away. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit Bath.

Ric's Mum was lovely and showed us round the flat when we arrived. Loved the artwork, decor and furnishing which gave the property great individuality. Very peaceful. Clifton shops and an excellent choice of restaurants all within 10 mins walk. Delicious coffee and pastries from the coffee hut on the corner. Highly recommend.

Dan and Natty were great hosts. Their place was amazing, very clean and homey! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as the location is very convenient-around 5 minutes walk to everything. Everything they stated on the website aligned with our stay. Overall, highly recommend this place😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Helen‘s place. She was helpful, kind, and if I ever needed to text, responded right away. It is located in the best spot to walk absolutely everywhere and the flat itself is clean and really well designed. We felt at home instantly, caught up on work and managed to go out, a lot. We had the best time and will be back!

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

This was a perfect place for our family during our stay in Bath. Situated on a quiet great but easy walking distance from everything. Our host left clear instructions to access the property and the place was spotless and beautifully put together. There was also some helpful additional guidance on places to eat and things to do left by the host. We would strongly recommend this place for a trip to Bath!

We loved our stay at Katrina’s place. Firstly, it was easy to find, with secure parking, in a great location, with beautiful views. Bath centre was only a short scenic walk away. The property was clean and comfortable, we really appreciated the added extras provided, like the milk and crumpets. This is a wonderful house for a family gathering; very welcoming with great spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing with lots of games and smart tvs. All in a great location within walking distance of beautiful Bath as well as the canal and surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to convey quite how beautiful and unique this property is . The photos hinted at something special, but they don't really capture its magic. We emerged from a winding, tree-canopied driveway so see the fountain and the villa ahead framed in September sunshine and our jaws dropped! It's an incredibly peaceful setting, perched on Bathwick Hill, with stunning views over Bath and the surrounding valley. The villa itself is vast with high ceilings and an abundance of light. The décor is exquisite, filled with art, photos, and lots of cool musical references, and yet it's also incredibly comfortable and was the perfect location to spend a few unforgettable days celebrating a special birthday with friends. Steve, the house manager, greeted us at check-in and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating . His thoughtful suggestions really enhanced our stay. We also met the owner, Andy, at check out who shared some fascinating insights into the villa’s history.

Great house for New Year with a family ranging from 12 weeks to 76 with dogs. Grandparents really appreciated the cottage, which gave them space in very close proximity to the house & younger members of the family.
