We are excited to offer our newly renovated Garden Condos based in the iconic ruin pub area of Budapest, but hidden in a quiet garden location away from the noise. We have 2 unique adjoining condos, which can be rented separately or together. The Buda Garden Condo B sleeps 4, with a mezzanine double bed and lounge double sofa bed. The whole place was renovated and designed with special care, having you, the guests in mind primarily. Anywhere you go, it is within reach: sights, restaurants, shopping, public transport. A calm hide-away place in the middle of a lively neighborhood. The best combination, isn’t it? The safety of our guests has always been a priority, but the pandemic urged us to upgrade our cleaning and disinfection protocol. The flat has an absolutely stunning view facing the Synagogue.

Sunny apartment in a beautiful house in the center

One room sunny apartment in the one of the most beautiful house in the centre of Budapest. The connection of the apartment is perfect. The metro and the main tram line (24 hours) is 2 min and the ruin pub area is 5 min on foot. The area around the house is calm and very safe. The apartment has one 160 cm wide double bed with a very comfortable matress for two persons and a 140 cm wide sofabed.

Благодарим Марию за такое теплое гостеприимство! Дом очень красив, уютен и комфортен, как будто мы приехали к себе домой. Очень тихий район частного сектора с хорошей транспортной развязкой, а наличие собственной парковки возле дома избавляет вас от заботы о поиске парковочного места на общественных платных парковках. Дом прекрасно оборудован всем необходимым, идеальная чистота и порядок, большой балкон с видом на крсивый двор с большими прекрасными деревьями. Наша семья очень рада знакомству с Марией и надеемся в следующий приезд в Будапешт остановиться опять в этом прекрасном месте.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Budapest apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of this place was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Danube River. From morning until night, I was treated to a stunning panorama of the river and the city's enchanting lights. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a picturesque and comfortable stay in Budapest. It made my trip truly unforgettable, and I would definitely come back!

really enjoyed our stay. apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and stylish, bed was comfortable as was sofa for relaxing. we loved the hot tub amd used it everyday after lots of sight seeing. apartment is very well situated for sightseeing and all transport systems, we used bolt also which was great. communication with Sam was good, friendly and responsive. plenty of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. we would absolutely recommend Sam's place and would stay again.

Desde o momento em que reservei este alojamento, os proprietários mostraram-se sempre esclarecedores, com instruções ao pormenor. O check in foi facílimo, é uma zona reservada em que em nenhum momento se houve barulho do exterior. Não é no centro de Budapeste, mas há uma rede de transportes públicos que passa mesmo em frente ao alojamento e outros que só temos que caminhar nem 10min. Dentro do alojamento não é preciso dizer muito, o que vemos nas fotos é exatamente o que é na vida real, decoração maravilhosa, cozinha totalmente equipada (microondas, torradeira, placa, máquina de café e chaleira, supermercado spar no fim da rua, a 2min, aquecedores a funcionar, cama confortável, chuveiro com pressão, televisão smart tv (ótimo para ver Netflix), máquina de lavar roupa a funcionar, e tinha muitos pertences de outros hóspedes (champo, gel de banho, creme, pasta de dentes, especiarias, massas, açúcar, café em pó…) Gostamos muito da nossa estadia e recomendamos este alojamento a toda a gente

had a wonderful time and Norbert/Dora were fantastic. Extremely responsive, offered an immediate solution to a problem we had and Norbert went out of his way to make it right. the place is very comfortable and the location too. the apartment also had everything needed for an extended stay.

Thank you Barbara and daughter Kinga for hosting the four of us. Your communication was excellent, lovely clean and spacious apartment a stones throw away from spar and Tesco express for supplies. Bolt/taxi very reasonably priced from the airport and we purchased a day ticket for tram and bus transport to locations we were unable to walk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travellers that are looking for a central accommodation to lots of walkable “must see” locations in Budapest. We recommend visitors booking a walking tour, to gain insight into the vast history of Budapest. It really made it easy to plan our 4 day trip with lots of info from the guide. We enjoyed visiting the Szechenyi baths, Vajdahunyad castle, hopping on the Danube sightseeing (party) cruise, Fisherman’s Bastion and Margaret Island. Our fave eateries were Margaret’s, Bestia & Retro langos. Cinnamon chimney cake is a must try!! Look no further.. we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
