אירוח מושלם של גורג, הוא דאג לכל הפרטים הקטנים, הדירות מהממות ונקיות עם בריכה מחוממת ,בור אש, פינת אוכל בחצר ועוד...ועוד....נהננו מכל רגע.בכיף הייתי חוזרת לדירות האלה שוב. היה כיף ומרגיע לראות את הפרות והסוסים בנוף מהבית. נסיעה של 2 דקות יש הרבה סופרים שפתוחים 24/7.יש מאפיית puri גם ליד הסופרים. בקיצור היה מושלם ואני מחכה כבר לפעם הבאה😊 תודה גורג

The attention to detail was incredible, and it’s clear the host genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had!

Awesome place with an awesome view! Just 10 minutes away from downtown Borjomi but you can relax, use the pool, do some grilling or simply sit by the fire - great place and location. Thank you, Saba!!!

Very responsive, plesant home very comfortable

Отличная локация. Совсем рядом от города, но при этом весь Батуми как на ладони. Сняли дом на новогоднюю ночь. Лучший вид на салюты был гарантирован. Сам участок окружен зеленью, что обеспечивает приватность. Соседи где-то в далике. Тихое и спокойное место. В доме тепло и чисто. Горячая вода, фен, полотенца. Кухонная утварь. Спальное место наверху. Внизу диван тоже раскладывается. Возможно припарковаться неподалёку. Вообщем придраться даже не к чему. Очень комфортно, цивильно, уютно.

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom

Als je in Georgië van plan bent om aan de zwarte zee te verblijven is Cottage Petra een van de beste keuzes. Je bent binnen 10 minuten lopen bij het strand. Kohbuleti is nabij voor restaurants etc. Het huisje zelf is super mooi en comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan er prima koken en op het balkon opeten met prachtig uitzicht over de zwarte zee. In de tuin kan je ook bbq-en. De host en zijn familie zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een erg unieke en mooie plek.

Провели в этом доме незабываемый Новый год - красивейшие виды на горы и на Батуми, под окнами цитрусовый сад. Тишина идеальная, а виды из спален ночью-утром не могут оставить равнодушными никого. Дом небольшой, ночевать смогут только четыре человека. Нас было больше, часть людей приезжала из Батуми и возвращалась вечером в город. Очень удобная зона для барбекю. Чисто, всё необходимое есть. Владелец дома живет рядом, всегда на связи, очень заботливый и дружелюбный. Рекомендую это место для семейного или дружественного релакса.

Amazing place. Definitely will be visiting again. The host is really nice and the house is really good will fully equipped kitchen. There is place for BBQ and a fireplace in the living room as well.

Awesome and cozy place with the view to mountains and beautiful pink sun rise. I liked the fact how compact it was, it really made it more engaging with all your travel companions. And the host was amazing! When ski lifts had a delay, she notified us with all the updates, when out clothes got dirty from all the mountain activities, she even washed them - amazing! Kitchen was nice, had a cozy breakfast and dinner with wine evert day. During our rest days we just chilled in the cabin and did some local hikes around the cabin. 5/5 place if you want good value place and spend some time with your mates.

Hamza is an amazing host. Him and his lovely family took well care of us. The location and the view from his balcony made it all worth it. The drive to the two lakes is just about 25mins from his house. There’s restaurants, groceries nearby. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting Demirkapi!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei David. Alles war wunderbar und David war immer gut zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn!

We had difficulties finding the house and we didn’t receive clear instructions how to get there. But after we managed to get there we had a nice stay in the cottage. The interior is very minimalist and definitely not suitable for cold weather but during summer it was very cosy, peaceful and relaxing. You have maximum privacy because it’s very hidden. It’s still very central and just a short walk into Mestia center. Paatas family lives in the house next door so you can always pass by with questions. Some of the family members speak English and they were always trying to help if we had issues. The cottage is probably most suitable for local people and people who speak Georgian but we had a great time in Mestia and really enjoyed the beautiful landscapes.

Very nice location. a bit tricky to reach, so make sure you know the way (search for "KvishKhedi" on G00gle Maps). The cabin is equipt with everything you need. The terrace is great, also is the view. If you like hiking, it's a great starting location, too. Hiking up to the monastery was our highlight. Koditskaro lake is also worth a visit!

Ilona is an excellent host! My stay was extremely comfortable and whenever I required assistance, Illona was quick to help. The room itself was clean and the garden outside was beautiful. The location of the BnB is wonderful as well -- right next to the Sameba and just a few mins walk from the Avlabari Metro. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone traveling to Tbilisi :) P.S. thank you for the watermelon, Ilona 🍉
