The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

Zara and Saba! Thank you for your apartment! I had a quiet and comfortable sleeping during my stay. I had all necessary stuff in the kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony of the 15th to the mountain area is limited due to the opposite building but still viewable! I loved it at night and early mornings. I would recommend the apartment to those who love quietness, cleanliness and who avoid noisy night parties. Shops around are available. Red park nearby is good for walking and kids! Excellent stay! The apartment has everything one may need. The cleaning was well done. There is a shopping mall, a 24/7 shop and several restaurants very close to the apartment. Mamuka is so friendly and replied all the questions quickly, also helped us with the early check-in. We had a slight problem during the check-in but luckily it was quickly solved. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I had a wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom flat in Saburtalo! The apartment is exactly as described: modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The space was cozy yet spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchen, and a stylish living area. The location is great situated in a safe and lively neighborhood with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. Getting around Tbilisi was effortless, whether by metro, bus, or taxi. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Overall, this flat exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. I would definitely stay here again!

I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

Ester's place is a dream. It's a gorgeous house, big, cozy, and very clean, with a huge and beuautiful garden. It's in the heart of the city, close to everything and extremely quiet. I spent 2 days and would definitely come back! Wi-Fi: It ran smoothly and fast during my stay. KITCHEN: Big and very well-equipped, with all the essentials and more. CHECK-IN: Easy and flexibile, Ester was very responsive. If you can't find the place, don't worry, look for the orange cat, it'll guide you to the door. 😻 HOST: Your neighbours are Ester and her parents, which are lovely! They are very kind, polite and always there to help. They even invited me for a barbeque, which I sadly had to reject cause I'm vegetarian. It's true that you'll hear the subway going through, but apart from that, which I don't think is a problem at all, you'll hear the birds signing all day long! 😍 Thanks Ester for an absolute lovely stay!

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Andranik’s place is superb. I really felt at home at their place. Very cozy and peaceful. The host is very responsive and hospitable. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Because of these we fully enjoyed our stay in Armenia. The time in Armenia was well-spent. All-in-all it was great. Thanks for their hospitality.

The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

I am happy to be in this apartment. Very nice host. Answered questions quickly and friendly. Check in went smoothly. The apartment is neat and clean. Enough bed, kitchen and work space. No problems with all of that. Below this apartment there is a shop that provides groceries, if you want something more complete you can walk 10-15 minutes. Very close to the bus stop. Bus to the city center about 1 hour. Suitable for those who avoid the crowds. I recommend this apartment for those who want to stay for a long time. Thank you, Mariam.

Great host. Very clean, comfortable and cozy home.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

Thank you for the apartment. To be honest, the place was pretty run-down, but you did everything possible to make it… well, reasonably comfortable. What can I say? It was also unusually cold, and you reacted incredibly fast—came over and helped with everything. Definitely decent housing for the price. Perfect for people who just need a place close to the center. Also, I have to highlight the surprisingly comfortable workspace—really well thought out. Don’t expect anything extraordinary for this price; we all know the world we live in. But this option is absolutely worth the money.

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people. So grateful to have them as our hosts for this stay.
