Casa Castello - Lakefront Apartment

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

Spacious historic renovated home-Walk to Old Town!

A true home away from home! This charming 1888 fully renovated townhouse maintains the original layout and character. Plenty of room for a family or group of friends within walking distance to the old town, museums, restaurants, shopping, train station and trendy neighborhoods. School playground nearby perfect for kids. The exceptionally stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. Enjoy historic Bern at the foothills of the alps to hike or take a swim in the pristine Aare river steps from the house.

Modern quiet house, by a stream, 2 mins from train

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins away and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Ce logement familial est proche de tous les sites et commodités. près du centre ville de Martigny, dans le quartier de la Batiaz avec place de parc extérieure gratuite cave de rangement : pour matériel skis ou vélos logement typique près du rocher mur blanc et grandes poutres cheminée : bois à disposition douche et aussi une baignoire cuisine agencée : petite mais pratique bien équipée. service à fondue à disposition chambre et salon avec joli plancher sur plusieurs petits niveaux

Historical apartment in the city center (1504)

4-room apartment in a historical house on 4 floors. Beautiful, historical building with low ceilings located in a calm backyard. 1st floor: double-room, new shower/WC. 2nd floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining-room. 3rd floor: living-room with shared balcony. 4th floor: sleeping-room with sofa-bed 150x200cm (a topper will be put on the mattress), shower/WC. Door on every floor to ensure full privacy. Due to the low ceilings the apartment might not be ideal for people taller than 1.80m.

Beautiful house with garden close to Basel

My house is just a few min to Basel ! The village has everything you need (shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy). It is fully renovated and furnished with air conditioning. It is very luminous with 4 beautiful bedrooms, a sofa bed (per request). The bathroom has an Italian shower, the kitchen is spacious and you can enjoy the nature behind the house from the garden terrace. You can park 2 cars outside. Everything is thoughtfully set up to make you feel good !

Reiheneinfamilienhaus für maximal 9 Personen, mit 8 Betten in 5 separaten Schlafzimmern in einer ruhigen Landhauszone (oberer Mittelstand) oberhalb von Uster. Zürich ist sowohl mit dem Auto wie auch dem oeffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut erschlossen und in 15-30 Min erreichbar. Schöne Naherholungsgebiete wie Pfäffikersee und Juckerfarm in der direkten Umgebung. Parkgelegenheiten vorhanden auf der Quartierstrasse und kurzzeitig auf vier Besucherparkplätzen.

The large entrance area is ideal for all your sports equipment such as skis and bikes as well as outer clothing. Slippers are provided on site to explore the rooms. In this non-smoking house you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family incl. fondue oven. You can park your car right in front of the house.
