Our host Beth was great, very proactive and extremely helpful. We stayed in the 'The coach house', which is a beautiful, serene retreat with breathtaking views. We highly recommend staying here If you are looking for a stunning, private and convenient base for your adventures on the Isle of Wight.

This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Cowes for a short break at the end of the Summer holidays. The apartment completely met our expectations as it appeared as described and shown in photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated clearly on all of the check-in, check-out and property and local information. We were a family of 4 and our special dog and it suited us very well, lots of space both inside and outside, a private, secluded garden and with a great view of the Solent. We particularly liked the decking overlooking the peaceful garden, the view of the boats and ships passing by and the short walk to the seafront where we could walk to Cowes or Gurnard for shops (Cowes only) and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Have stayed at Karen’s several times we love staying there . Think 5 star hotel , beautiful home, fully furnished,walks on the doorstep , everything you could possibly think off is supplied, can’t wait to stay again 😃

Lovely cabin near Midhurst. The place is 10 minutes walk from the local town center and 5 minutes walk from wandering around in the peaceful wilde of West Sussex. Charlotte has been super helpful and responsive during the stay. 10/10 recommended

The accommodation was everything we had hoped for and more . We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend it to anyone else . Our family of ten were able to live and sleep and relax very comfortably .

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. We booked as 2 friends with 3 children to visit Peppa pig world rather than a hotel, and I’m so glad we did. The annex was set up beautifully with everything we needed, including the bonus of toys for the children to play with. The owners children even knocked and invited our children to play in their garden on the swings and slide. We really couldn’t have asked for more, and highly recommend this Airbnb to all. Thank you again to Johnathan and the children for being so welcoming.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

We had a lovely stay, Tom sent clear joining instructions and was very helpful with parking. The house was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, nice touches with toiletries, games and a helpful guide with recommendations. The house is only 5 minutes away from bracklesham bay and we enjoyed breakfast on the beach at Billys. Happy to recommend, thanks for our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend break. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to sit outside in our seating area in the sun. Our dog loved the meadow which was secure. The lodge is located off a quiet road and close to some lovely places to visit. We particularly enjoyed our visit to West Wittering beach, which was absolutely beautiful! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked for two nights and it felt really homely and comfortable. Fiona was responsive right from the get go and was a really friendly host. She even asked if we needed a highchair and baby gate, which was a really kind to offer travelling with a toddler. My daughter also really enjoyed playing on the children’s playground and the surrounding areas were beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if we were in the area. Thank you!

It was the perfect apartment with the added benefit of a very secure private garden. Sarah had supplied refreshments for our arrival and there was tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits. Everything is there for your every need. Myself and my husband took our two grandchildren there, they are nearly 10. They loved the apartment as much as we did. We slept soundly, the beds are very comfortable and I have arthritis and I slept all night. It is a minutes walk to the beach. It is the perfect base for exploring Portsmouth. We had a parking space on the drive, next to the door. you really couldn't ask for any more. Thanks for a great stay Sarah. We will definitely be coming back.

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

What a find, we only stayed for one night as my daughter had a rugby trial at the local college and we wanted to relieve the stress by staying the night before. What a beautiful apartment , very comfortable and relaxing , felt very at home so just what we needed, probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Had everything there we could possible need plus more. Spotlessly clean , well equipped and wished we had stayed longer ! We will definitely be back again if she gets into the College!

Perfect for a family of 5 with a small dog. Great location with everything on your doorstep and whilst we didn't use it the garden would be excellent in the summer. Would definitely book again if we came to stay this way again.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

This is a great little apartment, beautifully presented, within easy walking distance of Chichester. The free on-site parking was a big bonus. The flat was warm, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Marek responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend.
