We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Excelente lugar para pasar los días en Lima. Todos fueron super amables y el lugar es impecable. Nos hicieron varios favores como guardar nuestras mochilas cuando lo necesitamos y nos recomendaron lugares para visitar. Super agradecida!

El departamento es bonito y comodo, tal cual como en las fotos. Jimena respondia rapidamente y solucionaba los problemas de una manera eficaz. El staff del edificio es amable. Me volveria a quedar aqui

As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Looks exactly like the photos and in a great location! We felt safe with the doorman and it was easy to get in and out! So walkable to so many cute restaurants and coffee shops. The only complaint (if any) is there was only one blowdryer between 8 girls and one full length mirror but other than that everything was super great. The AC didn’t work at first and the toilet didn’t flush but once we contacted them, they came up to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great duplex apartment in Miraflores within walking distance of shops and restaurants and super fast internet. All mod cons and a free parking space and very secure with very comfy beds!

Estupendo departamento en San Isidro. Muy bien situado en una zona segura y tranquila. A un paso de supermercados y restaurantes de Av. 2 de Mayo en Lince y a unos minutos caminando o en uber de restaurantesen S. Isidro. El parque del olivar a 10 min caminando te llena los pulmones de aire fresco. El depa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Extremadamente silencioso y con cortinas black out que facilitan un descanso total. La limpieza 2 días por semana facilita mucho el aprovechamiento del tiempo cuando estás por trabajo o vacaciones. Por poner un área de mejora, decir que no tiene ninguna plataforma tipo Netflix preconfigurada en los televisores, por tanto tienes que configurar las tuyas (suponiendo que tengas).

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo, limpio y organizado.

Álvaro es todo un profesional y todo está estructurado con un sistema fantástico que le permite al huésped sentirse seguro de el sistema que él presenta , muy atento y lo recomendaría a todos .

El departamento estaba impecable, comodo, limpio, una zona tranquila y segura, la anfitriona siempre atenta, habia todo lo esencial para cocinar y limpiar ademas de la zona para lavar, lo unico que puedo acotar es el cuarto donde esta la litera hay una ventana que esta de extremo a extremo donde al amanecer entra todo la luz del dia eso lo podrian corregir con cortinas pero el resto todo impecable y excelente atencion, seguramente volvere.

Muy acogedor y privado, adriana nos atendio muy bien, muy amable. Ambientes limpios y sin mayores molestias, recomendado para parejas que desean aislarse de todo un poco. Se siente como en casa, quedamos mas que conforme con el lugar. Sin duda volveremos.

Apt. was in a great location. This can come with some noise, but it had everything I needed. The place was very clean and the Host was responsive and accommodating.
