It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

Eileen’s place did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoors space. It was a great place for some rest and relaxation. Thank you Eileen for sharing you house with us and being a great host.

Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

We loved staying at John and Holly's place. The inside was very spacious and clean. Large televisions in every room, and even one outside. The view was beautiful right on the canal and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Ocean City.

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Place was a great location, next to the beach, almost on the boardwalk. We walked pretty much everywhere the entire weekend. Host communicated well with all directions and instructions for the property. Would definitely recommend. Ty Shelly!

Amazing experience! We asked to reserve the Airbnb with just hours to spare and David made it super easy and available! He was very responsive and even gave local recommendations of things to do! The place is really lovely and situated perfectly near Rehobeth Beach - literally walking distance. Just perfect!

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had. The house is amazing - clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with just about anything you might need. Diane has really put a lot of thought into making sure her guests feel at home. My family (7 adults, 2 children) stayed here over Thanksgiving and also celebrated my mother’s 75th birthday, so there was a lot of cooking and time spent in the house together. It felt very homey yet everyone had their own space to go to when they wanted it. We really appreciated having the crib and highchair available, plus the cabinet full of games, crayons, markers, paper, etc. The neighborhood is small and quiet, plenty of parking with 2 dedicated spaces in back plus street parking. Diane was kind and easy to communicate with. In addition to letting us check in early and leave late to avoid some of the heavier Thanksgiving traffic, she had hung a little Happy Birthday banner which was a lovely gesture. 10/10 - I look forward to returning!

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

We have stayed here a few times in the winter. My entire family loves it. It is in a great location (walkable to Bethany) and it has everything you need for a great vacation.

The house was great and Amber / Cody were extremely responsive. We needed a space heater and they had it to us within 2 hours.

Our stay at Kristy & Brian’s beautiful seaside home was nothing short of incredible. The outdoor swing provided a perfect spot for contemplative rest, while the digital game board was a fun touch for cozy evenings by the fireplace. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen with a wide variety of accessories to amazingly comfortable beds—the best we’ve experienced in an Airbnb! The décor is stunning, creative, & uncluttered, creating a relaxing & inviting atmosphere. Kristy’s timely communication & caring approach made our experience seamless & truly special. The house was very nice, it was cleaned very well when we got there and there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The beach is accessible with maybe a two minute walk. The area is pretty, we saw horseshoe crabs and jellyfish at the beach, and the neighbors are friendly. The jellies can sting, but the kind of jellyfish here are painless enough that I initially thought I got bumped into by a floating stick, and the locals at the beach completely ignored the one in the water. The nearby restaurant/bar stays pretty busy, but it’s really nice as well.

We had the best time at Megan’s home. Everything was clean and Megan was very responsive. The house is beautiful and the view of the bay is breathtaking. It looks like a painting. Our favorite times on the trip were sitting on the back deck. It was the relaxing weekend we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Coastal Winns. Even though it was cold outside, we took full advantage of the fire pit and free firewood, and enjoyed a nice fire overlooking the water. Will definitely come back when it's warm outside to take advantage of all the amenities this property has to offer. This is the cream of the crop for Airbnb's.
