We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt von vier Nächten bei Edward in Colombo. Die Wohnung war noch schöner als auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist angenehm luftig dank mehrerer Ventilatoren, das Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Das große Bett mit vier Kissen war sehr bequem, es gibt viele praktische Ablageflächen und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet: Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine. Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Reinigungsmittel waren vorhanden, auch Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife im Bad. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein nettes Café ist um die Ecke, das Zentrum mit dem Tuk Tuk schnell erreichbar. Edward war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und buchen bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Colombo wieder diese Wohnung! Vielen Dank, Edward!

I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

me quedé una semana en el apartamento,la llegada a la torre fue fácil , los empleados son gente muy amable, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para cualquier viajero que quiera hacer del apartamento su casa, me pareció muy cómodo , la cama que para mí siempre es importante tiene un colchón excelente, las vistas y la comunicación con el anfitrión lo mejor .

The place is in excellent position.Subashi is a great host to communicate and she is friendly as well.would recommend to anyone as the place is actually 1 min from the sea and you can enjoy the sea from the balcony.Have a nice kitchen to cook your own meal.overall great

The homestay was awesome.... infact one of the best experiences so far. The place is worth every penny paid. The Hosts Chandana and Sharangika are extremely professional and great personalities to meet up. All I can say is I have found a good friend in them. Especially Chandana is very helpful and a great personality. I would recommend their home for stays anytime anyday. The place is extremely clean and feels right at home. The pool is clean and has waterfall and jacuzzi features which adds to the awesomeness. Mr. Chandana and Sharangika are very experienced hosts and know exactly what will be required for the stay, further are ready to travel with you for small shoppings of groceries etc. All in all a great experience and worth the money spent.

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. Sepalika was incredibly responsive as well as proactive. She sent very detailed directions and her staff were very helpful. The house was immaculate and is excellent value. When we are next in Colombo we would definitely stay again.

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a great comfortable stay. With newly renovated kitchen and appliances, the place is absolutely amazing. Mayurie as always response to queries with no delay. Will choose this place again with no hesitate.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

The place was really cool. It had everything at a walkable distance. We had flexible early check in, which most of the Airbnb really don't do, but the host Shiffon he was kind enough to come by himself and guide us to the house.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.
