Para alguien que quisiera hospedarse en un lugar tranquilo y lleno de naturaleza dentro del caos que puede ser Quito, es perfecto. La villa es preciosa, cómoda, limpia y uno se puede sentir realmente como en casa. Carlos es un host tranquilo pero organizado y comunicativo. No puedo esperar a volver!

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este apartamento de AirBnB en Quito, ubicado en una zona tranquila. El alojamiento, de tamaño amplio y cómodo, estaba limpio, moderno y muy bien equipado, ideal para descansar después de explorar la ciudad. La ubicación nos ofreció un ambiente sereno y vistas encantadoras, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y serviciales. ¡Totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan paz y comodidad en Quito!

The house and suite and ver6 nice, just as described and picture in the listing. Location is very convenient if you plan on staying close t9 the airport. Place is very clean and host is very accessible and responsive.

Esteban's place was awesome! We had such a great time just sitting on the couch, drinking tea, and admiring the view. It was clean and spacious and had all things we value in an AirBnb, including an awesome host. We arrived from the Galapagos exhausted and were fortunate that the restaurant at the entrance was open. We had a great pizza and coffee and enjoyed the service of the friendly restaurant owner. There's also a small convenience store at the back entrance that we bought some essentials from like milk and beer. We walked to a few restaurants that are by the popular hostel down the street as they offered gluten free options. We also walked to Centro Historico with no problems. Although not in the best looking neighborhood by western standards, we at no time felt unsafe. We often did have to wait a bit longer for Uber rides though so keep that in mind. Overall awesome experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks, Esteban!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le superbe appartement de Birgit. Très confortable, cuisine bien équipée, propre avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Très bonne situation géographique dans une résidence sécurisée. Tout était parfait !!

Blanca’s place is clean, safe and comfortable. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The view from the room and the terrace is stunning.

Its a professionally run Airbnb/hotel room in a modern part of Quito with pricy restos but well connected to all parts of the town with Uber or public transport. The bed might be a little small for two otherwise a great room.

Excelente apartamento, la limpieza maravillosa apenas entras al lugar huele a limpio y notas que se esmeran en cada detalle. Lo único que recomiendo mejorar un poco es la comunicación. Por el resto 10/10
