We really enjoyed our stay at Coralie’s place. The view is amazing and the airbnb had everything that we needed. Coralie gave clear instructions on how to find the airbnb and also gave a lot of tips. Would definitely recommend this place and this host :)

This is a wonderful apartment with a great location. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and about the same to the restaurant/bar plaza in Orient. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Very nice studio with high quality furniture and amenities. The location is very convenient either to spend the day at Grand Case beach or to use as a base and explore the many other beaches and towns on the island. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided for your use. Great AC, shower and firm mattress. Large supermarket a few minutes away to stock up on groceries. Highly recommend this studio.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique ! L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre de Marigot, ce qui est très pratique et nous avons été bien accueillis :)

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

We had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. It is well located in orient bay, within short walking distance to many restaurants. The patio and indoor space is quite large and could easily accommodate 4 adults. The bedrooms each have their own doorways off the back, with cute little, main level balcony areas. From the back yard you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore which is lovely. It is also steps from the beach. When you leave the gated area, you are basically on the beach. The pool is small but just what you need. It was perfect for us with two young kids and so close to the apartment we could run back and forth. It also has some nice shady spots throughout the day to get a break from the sun. We had everything we needed and it was a nice, bright and open space perfect for relaxing. Very cute place right by the beach, tatjana was very helpful and made sure everything was accommodated.

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The charming, West Indian style house is in a great location. While the house has a/c, we did not use it. Instead we used the ceiling and pedestal fan at night. Most nights we ended up turning the pedestal fan off after a bit because we were too cold. There weren't a lot of bugs, but we kept the doors closed because we didn't think the mosquito netting would keep the bugs out. Great view from the porch to St. Martin/Maarten. Got up most mornings for a quick drive to Rendezvous Bay. Our favorite restaurant was The Sand Bar. Pretty good rice and beans at Elvis. Village Bake House is the place for breakfast and sandwiches.

Almond Blue is a gorgeous little villa and François is an exceptional host. He was very responsive whenever we reached out and was on-site to check us in and give us a tour even though we arrived a little later than expected. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week; he threw in some welcome beverages and fruits as well. By far the highlight of our stay was using the provided kayaks to paddle out to the nearby sandbar for secluded "beach" time (highly recommend!) and to Pinel Island for drinks and lunch. The friendly local cats are likely to stop by for visits and they're very polite if you ask them to leave. The location is the right balance of seclusion and proximity to groceries and restaurants as long as you have a rental car. As with any island, especially any spot close to a nature preserve, when it rains you may encounter a centipede or two seeking refuge from the weather. François was kind enough to come over and remove ours.

Amazing villa close to everything on the Island! We loved the short drive to Mullet Beach and back! Villa outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Enough space for everyone, and a lovely host + daily cleaning! Would highly recommend this villa!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette résidence , tout était a distance de marches environ 5-10 min les enfants on adoré se baigné dans la piscine en fin de journée la vue était splendide de la terrasse la villa était propre et avait tout ce donc nous avions de besoin Nous allons certainement y retourner

I left a piece of my ♥️ in St Martin and can’t wait to travel back and absolutely stay at Cyrille’s again!!! Stunning views, comfy seats everywhere, inside and out, including the mattress☺️. Air conditioning inside if needed. The kitchen is so well stocked, you will be amazed. With a wonderful French market just down the street, preparing a scrumptious meal for dining on the deck was delightful🥰 Thanks Cyrille, see you soon😏

The property manager, Julia, was awesome - responsive, helpful, kind; we really liked the property, it met all our needs and we had a great visit. Also the kitesurfing beach was right across the dirt beach access road, very convenient.

Super bel appartement tres propre et beau mobilier. Encore plus beau que les photos! La piscine était belle et propre. Les lits confortables. Belle vue de la baie avec couché de soleil. L’hote Anne Karine est super gentille. Elle nous a laissé plein de jouets et accesoir de plage pour le petit. Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Ont recommande cette location!

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans un logement incroyable, très propre, bien conçu et très spacieux. WIFI, Clim dans les chambres, machine à café, lave-vaisselle, petit déjeuner, tout dans le logement correspond à ce qui est décrit. Il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue pour rejoindre la plage immense, les chaises, parasols, serviettes de plage et matériel de snorkling sont prêtés par Leonardo !! Pour les courses, 2 supérettes sont juste à côté, la boulangerie en dessous du logement propose aussi sandwichs et pizzas, Karim (en dessous également) cuisine entre autre un merveilleux couscous… Les lolos à proximité nous régalent avec des salades, des ribs ou des crevettes grilllées, tout çà face à la mer, et les bars de plage sont aussi à 2 pas pour déguster un sublime cocktail ou une glace bien rafraîchissante… L’emplacement est idéal pour passer des vacances inoubliables !! Merci à Leonardo et Pascale pour leur accueil et tous leurs bons conseils !!! Nous reviendrons !!!

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

Séjour très agréable à la baie orientale. Le logement est très fonctionnel et a une vue imprenable. Très bien équipé et meublé, ça a été un vrai plaisir d'y séjourner. Hôte (Emma) super réactive lors d'une longue coupure d'eau qui s'est inquiétée de notre situation et a proposé plusieurs solutions pour compenser en attente de reprise et lors de notre départ, ainsi que pour les plus petites requêtes . Un grand merci encore une fois. Place de parking en haut à proximité très pratique (ça change la vie pour monter les courses...) Un excellent séjour à recommander les yeux fermés.

Davy responded quickly to any questions we had and even stopped by to help us figure out the air conditioning and adapters for our iPads/phones. Awesome location with wonderful restaurants close. As noted previously the steps going up to bedroom were a little steep but we are mid 70’s and managed them just fine. The grocery store and bakery were within steps of the Airbnb. Felt very safe and loved having coffee on the deck. Perfect place for a lovely vacation.

14 jours de découverte plusieurs plages quelques restos a ne pas manqué. Malgré la coupure d'eau de quelques jours, nous avons passé un très beau séjour la température entre 28-30 degré. Le flamboyant nous offre l' accès à la piscine. Notre hôte Marie-Chantal très gentile, advenante et discrète. A deux minutes : une stations d'essence, mini épicerie, boulangerie pharmacie et rôtisserie de tous pour faciliter nos journées

Location location location! We enjoyed our stay and Andrea was a wonderful host. They reached out immediately and had some snack waiting for us which was a nice treat. Mary Boon’s is right next door so it made it easy to grab dinner and drinks after a day of flying. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Just steps to the beach and an added bonus of having our own loungers and umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do some cooking. We preferred going out to eat as there are so many fabulous restaurants. The outdoor space for reading, playing cards and enjoying the fresh air was another added bonus. We were also grateful for how well they responded to our needs.
