Great location to enjoy downtown Raleigh. The unit is exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive.

The host was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The house was so clean and so charming! My dogs and I had a great stay and the yard is very secure and perfect for them to run around in. On my list for future shows!

The cottage is just as it is shown, and yes, cozy is small, but I was very comfortable. Mary was very friendly and nice to talk with. I had two dogs with me and she let us have access to her large field so the dogs got a good run each day. My dogs also enjoyed meeting Mary's dog. I was there for a dog obedience trial at the nearby Kennel Club building and it was very nice to find this lising that was so close. When/if I go back for another dog show, I'll definitely try and stay here again.

Donna s place is beautiful. close to everywhere we needed to be. beautiful space and we had everything we needed ..plus more. communication was excellent. bed was c9mfortable and instructions were clear and easy to find. highly recommend!

Great, clean and comfortable place to stay. Only 2 miles from UNC campus in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The instructions were very clear and I loved that the light switches were all labelled! Aja was very proactive in reaching out to make sure they knew when I was arriving, letting me know there would be game-day traffic downtown, etc...

Wow is all I can say! The Yurt at Frog Pond was like something out of a story book. The views were simply amazing with the beautiful forest and the lovely pond right behind the deck. The deck has a beautiful fire pit on it with tiki torches around it. The Yurt was stocked well with coffee, water, utensils and disposable plates. There's a very cool stove in the Yurt that you can use to heat up the place some at night when it's cold, but also plenty of blankets and extra pillows are provided if needed. There's geese that literally follow you around and a rooster that definitely crows at dawn. Plenty of books and board games as well. Awesome place to just get away from it all and bond with your family and friends and leave the stress of the world behind for a few days. Definitely a little slice of paradise! I highly recommend this place!!

Sheri thought of everything to make this place great, from chargers to a steamer, a snack/ water basket and comfy pillows. The place was compact but laid out so well. Sheri had clear instructions for everything. She accommodated us so well for our last minute request. We would definitely stay here again!

Kirsten’s cottage was just as described! Very cozy and had everything we needed. Kirsten was always very quick at responding to me if I had any questions or concerns. Good recommendations on where to eat as well. We were there for UNC baseball and we were very close to the campus/fields. Very easy check in process and very clear instructions about the house as well. Had a lot of extras if you needed them in the kitchen closet as well as soap/shampoo was provided in the shower. Very comfortable beds with plenty of blankets which was great as it was cold when we visited. And plenty of towels as well. We will definitely keep Kirsten’s cottage in mind if we are ever back in chapel hill!! Thanks again!!

We had a lovely stay at William’s place. Excellent communication with the hosts, space was cozy and super clean, also in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable with cozy bedding. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfy all around. It's in a quiet neighborhood and great for taking a walk. The full size kitchen appliances were like new. We had a great stay and would go back again.

Cute little place. Didn't spend a lot of time there because we were visiting family that didn't have quite enough room for everyone, so this place worked great for a place that my wife and I could lay our heads at night. Cheaper then a hotel and didn't have the noise associated with a hotel.

Lovely place to stay; comfortable and clean. We could walk to really good eateries. Thomas and Donna very helpful prior to, during, and after our stay. Even mailed me a shirt I'd forgotten

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was very clean, quiet and just the right amount of space for a relaxing weekend away. Jamie was very friendly and always responded quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Erin was a great host! We loved the “Guest Cottage” for our weekend in Chapel Hill with friends. It was very comfortable, peaceful & just enough room for my husband & I. We will definitely check it out in the future for our visits!

This is place is amazing. Located above the garage of the main house, it is very private and very spacious. This place is brand new, clean, has all the best amenities you can think of and is perfectly located in Durham. You can walk to downtown, bars, coffee shops, etc… The neighbors were mostly students but it was quiet and nothing to be concerned about (at least in Winter). The smart TV lets you connect to your favorite streaming services. The August app to lock the door worked great, no glitching. We were able to use the kitchen to cook our meals. Overall a great stay, a great place in a great location!

This was our second stay at Lona and Jason’s place and I am sure we will be back. It’s a great private place to hang out while enjoying all that Raleigh has to offer. Their place has modern amenities that you will not see at a lot of other places. We love it here!

Beautifully crafted apartment with privacy, natural light, thoughtfully designed and built in a cozy neighborhood with nearby park.

Perfect spot for my mom who was in town visiting for the birth of my son. Hosts were responsive and communicative even while they themselves were busy welcoming a new baby :) We had a little trouble figuring out how the thermostat worked (likely user error) but figured it out and all was well. It’s a beautiful space! Even better than the photos. A convenient and safe location.

My husband, fur baby, and I had an amazing time at Josh’s treehouse. The location was beyond peaceful, and accommodations were clean and comfy. We enjoyed a walk down the private road and felt completely rested and rejuvenated when we left the treehouse. Thank you, Josh! We can’t wait to return.
