Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

We would definitely stay again. It was well appointed and served our purposes well while there to see 4 colleges. It’s close to lots of places to eat. Wish we’d had better weather to enjoy the back yard.

Jay and Kayli are amazing hosts. They go well beyond the call of duty to be sure you have the most amazing time at your home away from home. We stayed there for a week, as our daughter birthed our grandson during that time. Our hosts were sooo sweet; they even gifted our grandson the most beautiful little elephant sound machine. Our daughter and son-in-love truly appreciated and loved the gift. We will definitely call upon them during our future travels to the Raleigh area. Thank you Jay and Kayli for everything. Your home is as lovely as you guys are.

Nice quaint place in a quiet friendly neighborhood.

Honestly, one of the best AirBnBs that we have ever stayed at. This place exceeded all our expectations. Everything was even better than described, and the fact something this nice was pet friendly is sort of unbelievable. Matt and Dawn were incredibly responsive and added small touches that made our stay special, like leaving out bowls and toys for our pup. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because six stars isn’t an option.

Another great stay at one of Samara’s properties! Very clean, clear instructions, proactive communication, and a lovely space are what we experienced. It was just as described (she has great taste, by the way) and very comfortable with nice linens, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies. She even has a whole range of toiletries available if you forget something! Definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

We came to Raleigh specifically to see an artist at the Lincoln Theater, so we wanted something walkable and we lucked out with this gem! Transfer Co. Food Hall made it easy to grab something quick and it was next to the Raleigh location of Burial Brewing. The theater and the "main drag" were a few blocks in the other direction. Also while there is ample street parking, the dedicated parking space is a lovely security blanket for those who aren't fond of parallel parking. Inside the decor was fresh and modern. I wish I'd brought my laptop to do a little work in the office/dining space just to say I did. I personally loved all the little artwork touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there's a white noise machine in the bedroom so you don't hear traffic sounds. The bedroom closets had hangers and hooks and one had a small dresser in it, so storage is covered. We are thinking about making this a yearly trip because this space was such a great home base!

The place was cozy and the right size for two people. If you like the scenery of woods when you look out of the window, then you would like this place. It was neatly kept and everything in place. Convenient location to Downtown Raleigh and parking was easy. Nelson provided a lot of information before we arrived which made the check in process easy.

This space is a cozy hug that you didn’t know you needed! The little touches from English Muffins in the fridge, juice, milk, snacks, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco chilled. The bathroom had anything and everything you would need, even robes to wrap up in. The fireplace, the garden, the cozy couch, the extremely comfortable bed, and so much to look at and read. This will become a permanent staycation spot anytime we head to Durham, DPAC, or anything close. Actually maybe just because. Oh and the sweet kitties were so welcoming. We missed meeting Boomer and Stephen but we will be back to make sure that happens. Thank you Stephen for sharing your home and all that comes with it.

Historic, spacious home within walking distance of downtown restaurants and theater. Newly remodeled kitchen, large rooms, comfortable couch, nice outdoor seating area. There’s only one bathroom, but it is large and has open shelving for several people to leave their toiletries. Ample street parking.

We loved staying here during our time in Chapel Hill! The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to things to do in the area.

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Raleigh! Everything about my stay was perfect.

My stay here was amazing! The space is so comfortable, so clean, and has everything you need. The area is beautiful with many things to do without traveling far. Very peaceful and quiet.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great stay in quiet area near the Villages and NC State. Lots of space and everything we needed. Great central location with easy drive to anywhere in Raleigh.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Fuquay Varina. It is a great location and easy to find. It is walkable to downtown and parks and restaurants. Kathy is very responsive to any problems or questions and has been flexible with my travel plans to the area. She is easy to work with and professional and friendly. The building is quiet; there are 4 other units but there is little noise. The unit is clean and has anything you might need. And, close to my heart…lots of hooks and labels on items. There is a lovely porch with table and chairs and steps to the back yard. She even provided a step stool in a closet that I ended up using several times during my stay. There are a few start ups that are appreciated like foil, spices and even olive oil. All of the cleaning supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything. Washer and dryer is a nice touch too. I highly recommend this rental which is comparable to the hotel in Holly Springs in price.

Un vecindario excelente y muy tranquilo, la casa es muy cómoda y super bien ubicada cerca de la piscina y la cancha de tenis. Nos dejaron sabanas toallas y elementos de cocina y baño como para sentirnos como en nuestra casa.
