Konaklamamız boyunca iletişim konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; ev sahibi sorularımıza ve taleplerimize hızlı bir şekilde yanıt verdi. Dairede neredeyse tüm dizi ve film platformlarına erişim sağlayan bir TV bulunuyordu, bu da keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için biraz küçük olsa da genel olarak rahat ve konforluydu. Ayrıca, bulunduğu bölge için ücretsiz kapalı otoparkın olması büyük bir avantajdı. Thank you for hosting us in your wonderful apartment Adam! Our two-week stay was truly enjoyable, as the space was both cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable as home. We also appreciated the excellent service and the security of the building, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect—convenient and easily accessible to all the places we planned to visit. Perfect view and perfect atmosphere. Well equiped flat. Emre was a great host, very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Herr Fatih war sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Und das Apartment war der Hammer, genauso wie es auf dem Bild aussah. Würde immer wieder gerne kommen.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Perfect Stay in Istanbul! Our stay at this villa was amazing! The place was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location—close to the city yet peaceful. Our host, Denis, was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our experience even better. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

I booked this for my husband and daughter who had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, in a very authentic neighbourhood, walkable to the main attractions and metro station, and it felt very safe. The apartment was as described, cosy and comfortable, with a warm living area and comfortable beds. Eyup's communication was great, he was very friendly and helpful, always available but never intrusive. Would definitely recommend!
