We really enjoyed our stay here, my son had a blast with the pool and basketball court! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

A few problems but they were taken care of pretty fast. The property was very nice. Nice touch with some drinks and condiments left for us.

Place is amazing as soon as u walk in the door, beautiful pool and everything was really clean , very private place with every ting u can possibly need to cook or bbq or even make s’mores!!! Awesome place, we are for sure coming back

We stayed here for a bachelor party in October. The house was expansive and had plenty of space for 9 men to spread out, relax, and sleep. We loved hanging out around the massive island and cooking breakfast each morning with the upgraded appliances. The main living area and deck overlooking the backyard were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a selling point, we played volleyball with the built-in net, and enjoyed cooler days in the hot tub. The location was a bit farther out from downtown Austin than we would've liked, but the house was worth it and the stay was great. Would recommend!

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Very spacious well designed floor plan. We saw a beautiful sunset every evening and wildlife passing through the yard during the day. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like you’re in a remote location. The pool was beautiful! We plan to stay again! Kevin and Lawrence were helpful and friendly hosts.

Great neighborhoods, amazing view and beautiful home. My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a blast. The game room was perfect for our kiddos, and the home was spacious enough for our family of 5. We will book this property again if we visit the area a second time

This spacious riverfront home was absolutely perfect for our large group getaway! The views from the the livingroom of the river were amazing . The house itself was well-appointed with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms - everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Austin was very responsive and accommodating.

Tony was the most attentive host during our stay. We were on deployment to assist those affected by Hurricane Beryl. We had no idea how long we would be there and Tony was understanding and accomadated our needs over the month to unsure we did not have to move. The place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect after q1 hour days for a month straight. Thank you Tony!!!

We loved this listing so much! This place was a great space for couples, everyone had their own personal space but there was still plenty of room when we all hung out together in the same space. Each room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would love to book this place again for future trips.

Michelle was very accommodating and responsive to questions! She was very easy to work with! The house was well equipped and felt like your own home. We would consider coming back if ever in Austin again!

The Cypress Valley team was exceptionally communicative. We loved the house we stayed in. It was unique and nestled in a peaceful and private environment. Really good for a big group, especially in the context of a wedding or an event.

This stay was amazing. The photos don't do it justice as the views were even more spectacular and the home had a lot of character and privacy. I'd buy this property if it were for sale! We spent half our days lounging around and enjoying the moment rather than half the things we had planned in the area. Before we knew it half the day had passed. Very nice home and property. We brought the whole family and had a very nice stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. We didn’t have the pool heated, but the double wide hot tub was excellent. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor space, and used the fire pit every night. The house is private, but not far from anything you could need, restaurants and an HEB are 15 minutes away. There were a few maintenance issues that came up the first day, but the team were very responsive to my texts, and Joe the caretaker was very friendly and totally solved our issues. The only quirk I want to mention is the queen bedroom with the metal door can only be accessed by walking through one of the bunk rooms. It didn’t turn in to a huge issue, but it was a surprise based on the description. Perhaps I didn’t read it clearly enough. Also, that metal door couldn’t be fully pulled closed from the outside (in the bunk room). So when people were sleeping in either room and I left the queen room, I couldn’t maintain privacy.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. House is very clean, linens and towels were top of the line. Bed was so comfortable! We didn't use the pool or hot tub as weather was cool, but they were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at the fire table. Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced in yard, and the front courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked, couldn't ask for anything better. This place is very charming, and you feel right at home. Would highly recommend, we will be coming back!

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

if you’re looking for a very peaceful getaway this is the perfect spot. beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and kitchen area. If you like hiking/ going on trails they have plenty.

We had an absolutely wonderful time with our family for the Thanksgiving weekend. We spent last year here and had to come back! So perfect for our grandchildren and their parents. Something for everyone! We are planning to make it #3. I'll be making the reservation soon. Thanks so much, Steven!

This home has a very special history and had everything we needed. The house was clean and Carla is a great host. We came down and stayed in Stonewell because we wanted to avoid the chaos that can sometimes be in Fredericksburg. It was close to a vineyard we really wanted to visit and just a really comfortable place

The house is beautiful and the views were stunning . The picture showing doesn’t show the view from the front porch. The house is super clean and well decorated. We had 9 people in our group one infant and toddler. The play ground is perfect my grand son had a blast. The house sits on top of a mountain and is very private but there are places to eat and things to do that are just minutes away. We ate at the Oak cafe and it was delicious. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The house has a very inviting and homey feeling. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to take the family and spend time in Dripping Springs.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!
