Our family’s first time to Moab with the Bronco and Base Camp did not disappoint! My son and I hiked all over the property and never saw another person. Sunsets and sunrises were picturesque and so so many stars at night. We rented the side by side and went out to chicken corners and wind caves as suggested by the host and they were fantastic. Utah is beautiful and Base Camp is right smack dab in the middle. The instructions that were provided by the host to get there were very clear, we brought our own food and had everything we needed for the few days and nights we were there. Great place to get away and enjoy nature. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks but the place is right in the river and kayaks were offered if we needed them. Fabulous rocks are all over for those rock lovers out there!

This place was comfortable for our family of five. Kitchen had what we needed and was appreciated as we rarely ate out. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. The location is on the south side of Moab away from all our daily destinations but we appreciated the quiet peaceful area! The furnishings were adequate, it’s not upscale and the place needs a few repairs or updates but that didn’t bother us. Really liked the ground floor unit and the parking right in front. We appreciated the ample space of the place to spread out for our family! Would come back again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and fit our whole group comfortably. Loved the hot tub. The views were absolutely beautiful—sunrises and sunsets were a treat. The host was proactive and helpful, providing great local recommendations that made our trip even better. It’s in a perfect location, just a short drive to Moab and all the nearby attractions. We also really appreciated the extra touches like games for both kids and adults—ping pong and corn hole were a big hit! Would definitely stay here again.

Marika’s place was just as it looks and was described. It really felt like home. Pool, hot tub and park were super close. Not far from town. Clean & comfy for all 9 of us! Plenty of kitchen equipment as we ate in almost all meals. Huge garage was great to have access to. Would definitely stay here again.

I utilized the property for a training camp and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of space, the laundry and dishwasher were stocked with detergent. The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean.

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Great location in town, a nice walk to Main St. Two cars of garage space with a hose set up to wash off the bikes. Nice set up inside for our group in the common area/kitchen. Would recommend.
