Beth's home is one of the cleanest Air B&B's we've ever stayed in! It was beautifully cared for and ready for us when we arrived. Beth was wonderful to communicate with, and the location was perfect for our Cedarville student. It's within walking distance to the school, but tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Beautiful home!! The only thing I'd add here that would have been helpful to know...the beds at Beth's place are VERY firm mattresses. If you're sensitive to that as some in our family are, you may want to take that into consideration. All of the beds were the same material and all extremely firm, which did make sleeping uncomfortable. But that's because of our back issues/sensitivities. If you're not sensitive to that, then this place will be absolutely perfect and one that I wish all hosts would model after!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here over the holidays. The house is warm and inviting. It has very unique characteristics. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., which is most appreciated by a family that prefers to dine in. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that the house is rather dark, even with all the lights on and figuring out how to work the lamps/lighting is somewhat challenging. We would still recommend and would stay again. It is convenient to pretty much everything in the Beavercreek area. I imagine the porches and yard are very nice/enjoyable in the warmer months.

What a lovely stay! We were so blessed by the comfy beds and spacious and clean layout. Everything was well stocked and ready to pamper! The hosts were quick to respond and allowed for early check-in. The home is absolutely charming and meets your every need. Cute shops and coffee are around the corner and the University is up the street! Such a wonderful experience. We are forever blessed by Faye and Scott’s ministry of hospitality! Highly recommend…consider yourself blessed if available! This place books like hotcakes!

This host was outstanding and more than willing to help me with anything I needed! I love the set up because it has four comfortable beds and two bathrooms, it’s really the perfect layout for an Airbnb for a family! Also convenient to anything you would need in Kettering and Dayton. The home is fully stocked with a wide array of toiletries, dishes, anything you could need. I actually regretted going to the grocery store before hand for toiletries because there were so many choices. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at Tamara's place! It was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. We loved all the thoughtful little extras. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Letrice was very nice when communicating. She even left a little snack basket for us. The apartment/condo was extremely clean and is located right across the street from a mall. It was perfect for our stay for my cousin’s wedding. We had the shopping center to entertain us during the day and it was seven minutes from the wedding venue.

Very nice neighborhood and super pleasant host! Definitely recommend; Jennifer was easy to communicate with and even went out and purchased some herbal tea for me. I felt safe at this guest cottage and it's very cute.

This was the perfect location to reach campus and to run back and forth if needed. The apartment was a restful home away from home and I enjoyed having my student stay a night with me also!

This was my second stay at Mark and April’s rental and I would gladly do so again. Everything needed was available and it was a cozy and comfortable visit. The location is perfect for a quick walk into town.

The efficient townhouse was lovely. You can tell that the host cares about their guests. There were plenty of clean linens available, plus a washer and dryer with supplies for doing laundry & a pull out rack for hanging laundry to dry. The kitchen had everything that a guest could need except a butler! :) I really appreciated this because I bring my own food and cook. I enjoyed relaxing in the chaise lounge by the cozy fireplace. There were plenty of hangers, and ironing board, iron, night lights, a laundry basket, & shower chair. It was so nice to have the towel racks in the shower, on the back of the bathroom door, and on the wall. We were able to keep our towels dry. I liked being able to check my outfits in the 2 mirrors. Chairs in the rooms were so helpful. The decorations and art were nice. The pop of yellow flowers on the back patio was a cheerful surprise when I opened the blinds. The beds were comfy and there were shades and curtains to darken quiet the room for sleeping.

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Everything was as it should be. House was clean and well-equipped. James was out of town when I was there. The neighbors were a bit loud and came and left around 3 AM frequently.

Had a great stay, with great accommodations and the communication was on point. 💯
