Leila is a great host. She went above and beyond what is expected for an Airbnb host. She gave detailed instructions on how to get around, including pictures and maps even before we checked in, and kept checking/ texting us to make sure we were up to date with what is fun around town and what we needed. She even checked the weather report and sent us reminders on when Aurora can be seen. The place is very clean, organized, and we can tell Leila and Nathan put alot of work into the little details to make their home feel welcoming and warm for every guest. Thank you Leila for sharing your lovely place with us and for being wonderful.

Log Chalet Home ~ An Alpine Getaway With Views

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

Krista’s place is nothing short of spectacular, offering an absolutely breathtaking view that will leave you in awe. The property is stunningly beautiful, and we can’t wait to rent again in the future. Every detail of the space is impeccably clean and beautifully modern, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The hot tub was a true highlight, offering the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the panoramic view of all of Fairbanks. The spacious bedrooms, with their expansive windows, provided a serene setting where you could gaze out over the town and majestic mountains, an experience that truly made our stay unforgettable.

Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

We had a great stay in Fairbanks for a couple of nights at this spot. It was easy to get from this address to everywhere we needed to go & close to downtown. The space was clean, easy to access, and perfect for our needs, including a complete kitchen. As far as hosts go, Benjamin was entirely responsive and proactive ahead of and during our stay. He was accommodating and beyond helpful as we navigated our shuttle/ arrival & departure schedules from other locations. Our visit fell during a surprise snowstorm, so we did not get to try seeing the Aurora from this address. But we had a lovely stay!

Experience Lakeside Cabin Living in North Pole, AK

The best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! From the fresh banana bread to the aurora bonfires with s’mores to the timely recommendations, Deanna’s hospitality made our time truly special. Having her as a resource made us feel a lot more confident traveling to Alaska for the first time. She went above and beyond as a host, helping us plan our trip and curating the most memorable experiences. The cabin was very clean, warm and cozy, and we felt right at home. The kitchen was great for cooking. We saw northern lights over the frozen lake several times, once from the comfort of bed. We felt like we were able to experience Alaska much more so by staying with Deanna than if we had stayed in a hotel in Fairbanks. We really hope to come back one day!

The heated floors were fabulous. The walk through walls were interesting. Loved the hot water. So appreciated the coffee and laundry detergent. Loved that we were 10 minutes from where ever we went.

We had a wonderful trip to Fairbanks and truly enjoyed staying in the Cottage! The Bathhouse, Hot tub & Sauna were wonderful! Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Looks just like the pics. A great place to stay!

Andy’s place was a convenient location for my husband and me during our recent visit with our daughter at UAF. Drive between Fairbanks and Andy’s place was convenient and we had no difficulties with location. Quiet, clean, and a kitchen ready to walk into and cook (after a stop in town for some local ingredients, of course)! Although spring is definitely arriving, we still appreciated the place being preheated for arrival with easy access to water at the tap. The sauna was a nice bonus for us both. Andy was super communicative and we had no issues. A great stop for family visits - we will add it to the top of our list for places to return to on our next visit!

Very comfortable place to stay, I really enjoyed that is was close to Fairbanks as well as North Pole! The hot tub was nice and relaxing for those cold winter nights. it definitely elevated the experience. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Fairbanks area.

Such a cozy cabin! Beds were comfortable and the cabin was stocked with some thoughtful touches. Would for sure recommend staying here if you are visiting Fairbanks. Just about 20 minute drive into town. Side note—Would not recommend doing the aurora tour if you are just going to the lodge unless you want a professional photographer taking pics for you. The lodge is very close to the cabin and it’s the same exact view.

Michael’s place is central located, grocery store is around the corner and Costco is only 20 minutes away. Michael is a very responsible person, always take care of our needs in a timely manner, we requested extra blankets and kitchen supplies, he delivered immediately to our doorstep. Thanking Michael for taken good care of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicks place!! It was clean, very comfortable, and a great central location in Fairbanks. The games downstairs were a big hit with the kids. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Fairbanks.

Mark's place is surrounded by beautiful nature, and it is not disturbed by the lights from Fairbanks, so it is ideal for watching the aurora, which was the goal of our visit. We were happy to witness the aurora caused by large solar storm. The house is well insulated, so we were warm even when it was deep frost outside.

This was by far the nicest place we have rented in Fairbanks. Close to downtown to be walkable. Centrally located for an easy commute to any part of town. Lisa was a great host and so friendly. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. I LOVED the decor. All the matching colors made it feel cute and cozy. The kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils all matched which made me smile every day. The desk in the bedroom worked out great for me to work and not clutter up the rest of the house. I will try to book with Lisa again on future trips. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Lisa!

Nature’s Glow!

We picked Joseph's Nature's Glow to be away from the lights of Fairbanks in hopes of being able to see Northern Lights close by. We were fortunate and we did see some auroras right outside of the house and from the living room. In fact one night after being at Aurora Pointe, where we saw some lights earlier, but then nothing late into the night, we drove back to Nature's Glow and we got out of the car and saw more Auroras. So that was a real treat. The house is basic, the living room and kitchen are large areas. The floor plan is a little odd in that you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other two. The second bathroom is on the other side of the house from the bedrooms. The place is not fancy, but it is CLEAN and a good value. The kitchen has pots and pans, maybe could use a few more plates. Although it's away from the City lights, it's not far from town, 10-15 minutes. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 10 min.

The house was perfect for a family get together. There's plenty of space for everyone. There's a large kitchen for cooking. Raven proactively sent local suggestions for things to do and sent us a location nearby where we could catch the Northern lights.

We had a great stay at this cabin! Very cozy, great location, and we were even able to see the Northern Lights from the backyard very clearly one night. Convenient location in Fairbanks (within a 10 min drive to most things including the airport), would definitely stay here again!

Aurora Special! Inn the Heart of the Wild

Place was fantastic. Able to view the aurora right on the back porch! Outside of the “Fairbanks bowl” the star gazing was also fantastic. Definitely on our favorite list in Fairbanks. Ruth was super helpful and only wish we had more time there. I’m sure she would have much to tell us. Location was just far enough out, but yet close enough to be back in town within minutes. Her home is what you always imagine an Alaska home.

We had a wonderful stay from the moment we walked in! Cozy, great fireplace, and a bed I wish we had at home. Having a washer/dryer available let us pack much less. Lavinia was very helpful and responsive, and I would definitely recommend her home! Thank you for your hospitality!
