Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bel's place. The location and view is absolutely perfect. The house is clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and safe. Bel was a terrific host and made sure that I was content with my visit. La Marsa Cube is a great neighborhood in a calm part of town, yet only a few minutes from everything you want to buy, see, and do. I would give 10 stars to this location if I could, and highly recommend it to other travelers. I can't wait to come back!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Magnifique logement dans un environnement idéal. Nous avons apprécié le cartier calme, paisible et sécurisé tout en ayant un accès facile à la ville. Meher a été très réactif et attentionné. Je recommande fortement! On reviendra avec plaisir.

C'est la 2e fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement qui nous a donné entière satisfaction. Le logement est impeccable, propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de tous commerces et de la mer, tout en restant au calme. La cour est agréable pour profiter d'un moment chill :) Rahma est adorable, a toujours répondu de manière réactive et facilitante. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil. I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Raouf est un hôte réactif. L'appartement est parfait pour un accès simple et à pied en 5-10 mn à la plage de la Marsa, sur la route pour Gammarth, et sur la route pour rejoindre Tunis.

IT. DOES. NOT. GET. BETTER. This place is VERY underrated. The ocean view is unbelievable. This is a 5 star hotel atmosphere. The olace was prestine, Very clean. I seriously felt like home. I felt as relaxed as I was on my own couch throusand miles away. Very warm place. Spacious and very cozy rooms. Do not hesitate at all. Omar is another story. helpful and answers before you even text. Ready to help in anything you ask. Ah, what a nice stay and memories. Thank u Omar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le propriétaire était très réactif et extrêmement gentil, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le logement est très très bien situé, proche de tout, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans avoir besoin de beaucoup nous déplacer. L’endroit était confortable et très bien équipé, tout était parfait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement l’appartement de Hichem !

It’s been a lovely time at Haithem & Selma’s place! The cats kept us company in the beautiful garden and the huge kitchen offers everything to prepare a delicious meal. Thanks again for the fresh lemons <3

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!
