The Castanian Cottage

The Castanian Cottage is a Scandanavian style cottage which was built in 1972. The owners of the property lived in the Cottage while building ‘The Castanian’ which was one of the grand manors in Cooma. The country estate sprawls over 27 acres. The property overlooks the Cooma golf course. Castanian offers 180-degree views to the snow-capped mountains of the Alpine areas, and also the Brindabella Mountains. Just over 1 hr drive to Perisher and Thredbo, The Cottage is your best hub for the Snowy

The Bower at Dalgety

The perfect country weekender with views of the snow-capped Snowy Mountains. A 1km stroll to the Snowy River. We offer a relaxing alternative to nearby Jindy within 1hr to Kosciuszko NP. Hit the slopes, hike, wine&dine, bike, fish, or enjoy the fireplace. Dalgety is small but you are by no means in the middle of nowhere. The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

The Quarters, (Pets, Hot tub) Farmstay

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Open fire, spa, three bedrooms. Large private outdoor area with campfire, deck with outdoor dining, BBQ and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Top of Varney's Range Farmhouse

Farm-stay, skiing & fishing getaway holiday house for small groups in the Snowy Mountains region. There are lots of native wildlife, kilometres of trails for bush walking & bike rides over 300 hectares. It is close to Thredbo, Perisher & Lake Jindabyne. Tovr provides lodge style accommodation with a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen with pantry, & a separate laundry/drying room. It has a large covered veranda with 180 degree panoramic views of the countryside.

A gorgeous and comfortable two bedroom cottage attuned to the needs of skiers and nature lovers. Comfortable heating and drying facilities makes it a pleasure to return home at the end of a hard skiing day. Down a quiet driveway off the Alpine Way, 10 minutes from Jindabyne Centre, with easy access to Thredbo and Perisher (6 min to Ski Tube). A perfect rural location for skiing, mountain biking and enjoying Kosciusko National Park.

truly a beautiful part of the world I cannot recommend it highly enough. the gracious hosts made us feel right at home and we were able to witness the true beauty of nature. snow fell, winds blew and the toasty fireplace kept us very warm. thank you for the magical weekend, we will be back.

It was our second time there so I’m afraid I don’t need to repeat that I fully recommend Veronica’s place! Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, close to the town. It has all amenities you need! We hope we can come back next year!!

Nowhere Cottage

Nowhere Cottage was just what our family of four needed - a quiet, beautifully equipped and maintained place where we could rest and return to after hiking in the mountains. The kitchen had high quality appliances and crockery and everything we needed plus more. The bedrooms were large and extra comfy linen and beds. Having two bathrooms was excellent. Loved sitting on the verandah enjoying some silence and solitude and experiencing the occasional sunrise/sunsets. A private, extremely quiet and peaceful location with lots of kangaroos and deer and birds and far enough from the summer crowds but close enough to go out to grab a meal. Highly recommend a long lunch at Wildbrumby Distillery just 3km down the road. Overall, a fabulous place to stay - both in summer and winter (we even used the fire on one night as the temperatures dropped).

We really enjoyed our time at Rod's place, all the amenities were there and nice furnishings in the living room especially which made it very cosy stay. Very well located to restaurants and shops at the heart of Jindabyne. Highly recommend!

Rockwood Cottage

My husband and I had a lovely 8 night stay in the gorgeous rock wood cottage . The space was so clean , comfortable and private and only a 5 minute drive into Jindabyne . Trish was so helpful advising and providing breakfast provisions, lighting the fire for us so on return to the cabin it was cozy and warm. Trish provided some staples which made life so much easier when doing a shop beforehand . The location is absolutely stunning with birdlife and kangaroos outside your door ! We used this lovely cottage as a base for the Snowy Aloine walk . Thanks again Trish and Mark for your wonderful hospitality .

The place was very cosy, neat, clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed. It was warm and good heating system. Only 1 small feedback that house was bit smaller than expected mainly the common area space was tight. Bedrooms are spacious. Thank you.
