We had some difficulty finding the apartment because our GPS took us to a different location. Gigi’s son was very helpful and responded quickly to my email to help us find the correct address. The apartment is centrally located and very cozy. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked about an item for the kitchen that we wished was there, but wasn’t totally necessary, a bag with the item showed up at the door. My husband said he wished there had been a comfortable arm chair for reading, but I found the sofa to be sufficient. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bed is comfortable. We visited in the winter and parking was free and readily available. In the busy season, this may not be the case. If a person has problems climbing steep stairs, this may not be the best place to stay. It was perfect for us (in our 70s and healthy). We’d suggest visiting in the fall. Many businesses close in the winter. Great rental!

Unit 33 was a lovely place for our family to stay over Christmas. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, in a convenient location with a beautiful ocean view. The communication from Susan was excellent, with very clear check in instructions. We felt our stay was a very good value.

We had an amazing stay at Adilah’s location. Beautiful views from the house. Everything was close enough either to have a nice long walk or to Uber. Her place was just as described and we felt very welcome! Amazing location for a group or family vacation.

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

This place was great! Elyse was a wonderful communicator, flexible and responsive. The unit was just what we were hoping for- clean, ocean views, comfy furniture and the fact that they accept pets was a major plus. There are narrow stairs that you have to navigate but otherwise this place was perfect.

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

Great clean place in Kennebunkport. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful views of marshes with outdoor activities to enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

Rose and Mike’s Lake house was the perfect place for our large family gathering…The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Linens are provided for an additional fee, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. We loved downtown Meredith, only a 5 minute drive away , or a beautiful scenic walk. We had a wonderful time!

Great location on the water, with a top tier hot tub. Super relaxing, comfortable. The dogs had a fenced in area which made it the perfect fit.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

Our stay at Lilly’s house was absolutely incredible. The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and is very well located. There are restaurants, shops, and parks all within a 5-10 minute drive. Additionally, the lake in front of the house is amazing, and the house itself is extremely cozy. It has all the amenities you could need for your stay! To top it all off, Lilly is the kind of host who goes above and beyond to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. I’m so grateful for the amazing weekend I had with my family at the lake cabin. I hope to return soon!

Absolutely LOVED this place! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it so comfortable and inviting. The hosts were straightforward, clear, and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience seamless. Everything about the space was just perfect, and I could tell they put a lot of care into maintaining it. I truly loved my stay and would absolutely book again in the future. Kevin is a fabulous host. He is very kind, responsive and attentive. A couple of items needed his attention soon after we arrived at his Airbnb, and he responded and resolved them promptly. The location is perfect! It is quiet in the wintertime and ideal for the beach and shopping access in the summer. There is a small amusement park close by and just about anything else you could need. It's my opinion that Kevin's location is the best place to stay at Old Orchard Beach! We enjoyed our incredible view of the ocean - watching its beauty change from moment to moment, and the accommodations had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, nice decor and cozy surroundings. We loved our time at Kevin's place and look forward to staying there again soon!

We were just up for the night and needed a place to sleep. Started looking at 7:30 pm. Host was able to respond and book a 1 night stay quickly and followed up with great info and instructions. Place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable with all fresh linens and towels. Check in and out was painless. Thanks for having us.

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Perfect for a relaxing stay—can’t wait to come back!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

The place was super cozy and had everything we needed during our stay! It was a really enjoyable experience there!
