Rumahnya bagus dan oke bangettt buat kumpul sama temen-temen atau pun keluarga. Tersedia carport untuk 1 mobil dan parkiran umum persis di depan rumahnya. Hostnya, Kak Rere, dari awal chatting responsif banget. Balas chatnya cepat dan baik sekali. Request early check-in atau pun late check-out juga dibolehkan tanpa banyak syarat. Flexible bangetttt. Perabotan rumah lengkap, kamar dan sprei bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan disediakan perlengkapan mandi+handuk. Layout rumah dan designnya juga bagus banget, sangat estetik 😄 minusnya, di dapur tidak disediakan lap atau serbet untuk lap-lap meja, hanya disediakan tisu. Juga tidak ada mangkok2 untuk makan mie, centong nasi dan centong sayur. Untuk kolam renang adanya di club house komplek dan hanya untuk dewasa, tapi entah ada di gate yg mana karena bentuk kompleknya tidak one gate system, tapi ada beberapa gerbang terpisah. Overall happy banget bisa stay di Jimzhouse 🥰. Terima kasih kak Rere 🙏🏻

Tempat yang menyenangkan untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak. Semua sesuai deskripsi dan foto. Kolam renang walau dalam tapi tidak terlalu besar, jadi lebih mudah mengawasi anak-anak berenang. Kamar mandi banyak dan bersih, dapur dan peralatan makan juga bersih dan lengkap. Terdapat AC di setiap ruangan dan kamar, AC di kamar sangat dingin.

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you. Lovely place to stay in north Jakarta. Easy check in and responsive very nice host even accommodate us with late check in at night. Would love to stay again.
