This guest house on Lake Norman is beautiful! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue coming back. It is so peaceful to drink a cup of coffee or read a good book while sitting right by the lake! The house is always clean, and we love being able to walk down and sit on the dock. We brought our mountain bikes this time and rode some nice trails at Lake Norman State Park. Tom is a great host, and is always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this place!

James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Lori’s Place was amazing. My boyfriend and I loved it. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog. I’d definitely come and stay again at “The Farm”. From start to finish it was a great stay and made us feel at home. Everything is as said online which made us happy! Super clean place as well! Would recommend to anyone who loves nature and a peaceful environment to feel at home.

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

Jason and the airbnb were great! Came for Presidents Day weekend with our dog. We were able to walk around the property and get a tour from Jason before we left. Also it was close to downtown Charlotte (about 25 min drive). Can't wait to come back when the flowers are in bloom!

Sooo many good things to say but not enough space :) When we arrived we loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Upon entering Niveditas place, it was extremely clean, very welcoming as if you are entering you're very own apartment or small home. It was very well kept, free of clutter and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay (kitchen utensils, washing machines, hair dryer, comfy sofa, many channels available on the T.V., etc). The small porch in the back was a lovely touch. A great spot to watch the sunset or sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. Nivedita was always responsive, respectful and extremely kind! Thank you once again for your hospitality and good vibes! Can't beat the price for what this place offers. Will definitely be back!

The only problem with our stay at Danyelle's Place was that it was just too short. We absolutely love her tiny house. We felt so relaxed. The home was very clean, modern furnishings and extra little touches everywhere. We particularly loved the view of the lake, the nice outdoor porch, fireplace, and very comfy recliners. The decor was very beautiful and warm. We would definitely love to stay again especially when it is warmer and we could take advantage of all the great outdoor activities. Thank you for allowing us to stay. A great retreat to relax and unwind.

Abby was a perfect host , everything was how it was shown in pictures and described by Abby . Absolutely loved this place , perfect for all stores etc and fast food places, really quiet area with such a comfortable house . Hopefully get to stay again when working in the area .. thank you

Described as a "tiny home", but it really felt quite spacious to me. Very comfortable bad, good layout of furniture. I felt more at home here than that any other Airbnb. I'm on the road a lot, too! I like to cook! This was the first place I've stayed in that had stainless steel cookware, and, SHARP KNIVES! Response time from Kaylynn with any questions or concerns was always prompt. I felt she was a true host! THANK YOU!

Great place to stay. Very clean house. I did think it was strange that the "master" bedroom was not the one with the attached bathroom. Either way it was really nice. Traffic is bad in the morning. It is quiet and seems like a nice secure and safe area. Wish they had a full sized ironing board for the business travelers, I never understand the small travel size ironing board for a fixed location haha. They are great communicators and will respond very quickly.

Great little place for an overnight stay with my kiddos. Playground was nearby and neighborhood was very cute. Great area - a lot of food options, lively. Literally off the highway so it can get noisy but we sleep with white noise machines so it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely book again

We had a wonderful experience at this peaceful and beautiful getaway. Brooke is the definition of a “super host” and we are deeply grateful for his hospitality and evident care. The house, lake, and grounds are beautiful! We hope to return should we find ourselves in the area again.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in Tim & Teri’s charming cottage. It was exactly as described and straight out of a storybook. Teri left us delicious homemade sourdough bread with real butter and a cute basket of chocolates. I especially enjoyed the claw foot tub and the privacy and view of the woods from the sitting area in the bedroom. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, beautifully designed. Teri and Tim are genuinely warm and welcoming. We enjoyed talking with them and meeting their adorable yorkie, Chloe. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again!

We were passing through the area on a camping trip and decided at the last minute that we wanted a night of comfort. Ron's place was more than we could have asked for. Comfortable, inviting, and unique, with clear entry instructions and a private driveway to leave our bikes on our vehicle overnight. Ron was great at communication, responding in about five minutes to our rental request, and had the place ready for us in about a half hour! Comfortable mattress in the master suite, and all the amenities we could want. I will definitely make my way back to Ron's in the future!

Very cool and charming space, exactly as pictured! Jordan is an awesome host, communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend to family and friends, excellent location in heart of Plaza Midwood.

If this home is available for your dates, book it immediately! We travel frequently and have stayed in many accommodations, but this home is perfect. The host has clearly put a lot of effort into making this vacation spot feel like home, which we truly appreciated. The kitchen has everything you could want and more! I even saw a mortar and pestle, which made me realize how much thought she has put into every detail. She provides high-end supplies like Bounty paper towels, Charmin toilet paper, Ziplock storage bags, and Cascade dishwasher pods. Everything we needed was provided, and the beds, pillows, and towels were all great. She also went above and beyond by providing restaurant recommendations and more. I even ordered the charging cords she had in every room and the storage bag holders she had hung up in the pantry for my own home! Stop reading this review and book it :)

Nice cozy little house, perfect for a quick trip to huntersville/charlotte area!
