Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, avec une vue sur l’océan très appréciable. De beaux levers de soleil ! Le quartier est calme et offre commerces et restaurants à proximité. Ricardo a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande à 100%.

Siamo stati molto bene durante il nostro soggiorno, ci siamo goduti anche la piscina al termine delle escursioni giornaliere. Una piacevole sorpresa la pulizia quotidiana dell'alloggio. Facilità di parcheggio nel cortile o in strada.

Très bel appartement et bien situé, commerces et restaurants a proximité (on peut y aller à pied) Communication avec Irina vraiment bien, elle réponds tout de suite.

The host is very kind, helpful, and responsive. Everything in the apartment was exactly like the photos and the apartment was very clean when I arrived. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We had a wonderful break at No.17. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as advertised. Entry instructions were very clear and simple. The view from the balcony(s) were great and everything inside worked. No complaints at all and we will be booking again.

Soggiorno impeccabile, è stato come essere a casa. Molto comodo al centro, con uno spazio riservato per la nostra macchina a noleggio. vista stupenda su Funchal e l'oceano.

Endroit très calme, appartement excellent et grand. Piscine propre et agréable. Belle vue sur la piscine. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue, très peu de passage et de la place.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay. Our host was so helpful and welcoming and provided us with local recs. The space was gorgeous and although downtown, we weren't bothered by any noises from the street. Next time I am in Funchal, I insist on staying here!

We were so relieved to be able to find a place within walking distance to the NYE fireworks. This place worked out perfectly, and while it was expensive, considering the size and popularity of the event, it was very affordable. It was very easy to get into the main door and it was nice that there was a lobby area with some local wine and snacks to sample along with chairs and a pool table. Our room was easy to find and we got comfortable quickly. There was so much space and everything was clean! We also had a nice view from the living room window. The only struggle was that we had a rental car and just wanted to drop off our bags before returning our car. The road is narrow and it was challenging to pull over to just run in quickly. We managed it, but it was tricky. I'd recommend getting dropped off, if possible. Marcia was helpful and accommodating, but slow to reply, and sometimes needed a second message, but don't give up. The place is great!

Super beliggenhed, tæt ved alt i den gamle bydel. Vidunderlig 180° udsigt. Vi ønskede at have plads i fryser fordi vi gik efter deep water fishing. Alt godt. Kan kun anbefales, rigtig lækker lejlighed.

Fijn en heel ruim appartement in een rustig appartementencomplex. Persoonlijk ontvangst door Maura en uitleg gekregen, en er lag wat lekkers en een persoonlijk briefje klaar voor ons! Het appartement was schoon en was van alle gemakken voorzien (keukengerei, wasmachine, vaatwasser etc.). Eigen parkeerplek in garage voor de huurauto, en centrale plek om madeira te ontdekken. Met de bus ben je ook snel in het centrum van Funchal. Supermarkt, lekkere bakkerij en enkele restaurants op paar minuten loopafstand (Italiaans restaurant was erg goed!). Contact met Maura en Ana ging soepel, ze reageerden snel en gaven graag informatie als we iets wilde weten mbt activiteiten bijvoorbeeld. Een douchekop was kapot gegaan omdat deze uit de houder gevallen was, na een berichtje werd dit meteen vervangen!

We had three fantastic weeks at this beautiful hideaway. The flat was not modern, but it was so clean and cozy, and the view is superb. The rooms are of good size, and the beds is quite comfortable with soft pillows. The pool is big enough to get some laps done, and had a gorgeous view over Funchal. The staff made us feel welcome, and they were so helpful. We felt safe and we’ll taken care of. We like to walk, so we walked back up from the city everyday, but a taxi is only 5 euros🤓 We are coming back for sure🎉
