This House is a Gem! The location is incredible and very close to town. the views are spectacular, and I think it is much better in person than on the pictures. if you are coming to Rincon with a large group, this is your place! look no further. We also met the owner, she was lovely and brought us a bottle of local rum! The only item that has room for improvement, is the management company's communication. Thank you!

We had a great stay in the Moca area with our two kids. The place was very clean, felt quite private and the birds were neat to wake up to. Pool is small but it works, the outdoor kitchen has a cool vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Lots of different places to chill and the view from the roof was amazing. If you want a relaxing, nice place that's off the beaten path, don't pass this one up!! The only thing that would've made the place more peaceful is if it was farther away from the road, but it's not super high traffic. Note that in March, the mosquitoes were out at night, so don't forget your bug spray.

I cannot say enough about Ivonne's place! The space was exactly as described and spotless. It smelled really clean walking in and was just so inviting! The kitchen was excellent, we cooked a few meals at home and there wasn't anything we wished we had to cook a simple meal. The bathroom was great, really big with a roomy shower. The space has sandcloud bath towels that are so big and soft! The space has a big light weight cooler, umbrella, cozy big beach towels, and camp chairs for the beach (we ended up using beach chairs from our friends, but this is just our preference). The bed was so so comfortble! Super soft sheets and a soft bed with the two ceiling fans made for some very restful night sleeps. Our favorite part was how quiet the street is! We could hear all the birds and frogs all night with the waves crashing below, absolutely perfect. The neighbor was friendly and his dog did stay in the yard. We are already looking to book this space for next year, our favorite so far in PR!

Excelente lugar para desconectarse observando la increíble vista, sobretodo en el atardecer. Host fue muy amable y atenta, hasta nos resolvieron un pequeño problema. Regresaremos pronto.

This place is the best ever I stayed in. Excellent location. Beautiful surroundings. Great communication. Clean. I love the hammock and the bathroom is something that I never expected. 💯 % recommended!

El lugar es una maravilla, 100% recomendable para un retiro de el area urbana, ideal para despejar la mente. Pedro estuvo súper atento desde que llegamos hasta que salimos. Al igual que su empleado Alex una persona totalmente amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo, nos dió un pequeño tour por las facilidades y estuvo al tanto de nosotros en todo momento. En fin una experiencia totalmente agradable y lo recomiendo al máximo. Muchísimas gracias Alex, Pedro y su familia!

Marcelo's place is beautiful and Modern. It is clean and the outdoor space is fantastic. The kitchen as you see in the pictures is small. Please look at the Google map link that Marcelo sends you. The Apple map that Airbnb supplies does not get you to the right place. Marcelo was very helpful and quick to respond.

Productos usados en los baños, le faltó los tubos de los closet para los ganchos de ropa y espejos en los lavamanos. Faltaban detallitos de limpieza en la casa y mantenimiento de áreas verdes. Lo demás estubo espectacular! Tuvimos excelente estadía. La casa cuenta con muchas cosas que uno necesita para una estadía. Lugar tranquilo y céntrico y buena comunicación con el dueño. Buena experiencia!

Super cute place, I loved being up in the green hills away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All of the lights, games, maps, and the little Keychain and travel passport are really nice touchs. I loved the gazebo in the backyard, such a relaxing place to sit and listen to all the birds and the coquis at night.
