Had a lovely stay, the hot tub was fantastic after a day skiing

Tom and Kat were amazing hosts! Great communication plus our arrival was seamless. Their property/house was absolutely stunning and was perfect for our stay. If we are ever in Christchurch again we will be staying here.

Ryan is definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met! He's extremely friendly and always responds to my messages super quickly, making communication a breeze. The house is quiet and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It's fully equipped, ensuring a really cozy stay. Whether you're on vacation or just here for a short stay, it's perfect. Highly recommend it to everyone! I'll surely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, so dass wir gar nicht alles nutzen konnten, was das Haus zu bieten hat. Es ist definitiv das bestausgestatteste Haus, das wir jemals in Neuseeland hatten (über 30 airbnbs in den letzten drei Jahren)! Es ist nicht nur schön eingerichtet, sondern hat einfach alles! Nespressomaschine, gute Messer (selten) Kickertisch, Sportgeräte und viele Badezimmersachen. Also wirklich toll!

Fantastic home in a stunning setting. Worked really well for our family of six. Lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. Bonus having the drying room. Highly recommend. Great communication from Leah too and lots of info on what to do in the area and where to eat.

Château Pritchard The best BnB I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at so far! Barbara is the best and she is absolutely amazing! She would go the down the extra mile for you and helpful with basically anything! Just ask. The host is extremely efficient, pleasant and friendly. I’ve even called her my fairy godmother. She designed my bridal suite way above my expectations and it was absolutely stunning! We’ve booked in for 2 nights for my bridal suite plus all the other 2 rooms a night for the entourage. Chateau Pritchard is absolutely gorgeous place, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Amenities were so great. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient, spotless and has a fantastic vintage charm. This is the perfect spot for a wedding/entourage accomodation, special occasions or simply a weekend getaway from the city but you don’t need to drive miles away. I have stayed at dozen of BnB in NZ. This was on the top of the line. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Never ever hesitate to book in Chateaux Pritchard for your special events or intimate occasions. Beautiful, warm, modern and spacious home. Great layout as the bedrooms are separate from the living areas. Peaceful surroundings. Relaxing hot tub. Emma responded quickly to any questions I had. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was a lovely getaway.
