Ahmad’s apartment is wonderful and located in one of the best neighborhoods in Amman. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Ahmad was very friendly and responsive to all of my needs. There are many great restaurants and cafes all around within walking distance. I could not recommend this apartment enough! It is in the heart of one of the most lively and safest neighborhoods in beautiful Amman! I highly recommend anybody visiting to stay in this warm and cozy flat!

Our second stay in the apartment and just as good as the first. Wonderful location right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very warm welcome from Pantellis (Angelos’s dad). We would definitely stay there again.

Ahmed is very nice person .we spend wonderful days in his accommodation. the only problem he got one air-conditioning in one room.

The host was extremely responsive, generous and helpful. Gave me good tips regarding the location. Helped me get checked in early. She was very sweet and kind. The stay is very clean, comfortable, and smells very good. You can tell she takes pride as a host. Bed was very comfortable. AC is strong. Nice work set up!,!! Very good place for remote work. Many extra amenities to support remote work.

Замечательные и чистые аппартаменты! Комфортная кровать. Есть всё для длительного проживания: посуда, белье, полотенца и тд. Внизу 3 магазина. В 5 минутах большой супермаркет. Всё необходимое в пешей доступности. Решил остаться еще на месяц. Спасибо хозяину за прекрасное жилье!

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Отличное место. Собаки, кот - периодически приходят поздороваться и погладиться (если вы их любите как я). Хозяева - творческие люди, музыкант, художник и документалист. Очень приятное дружелюбное отношение к гостям. Очень интересно и душевно пообщались к тому же. Спасибо большое! Есть веранда с диванчиком, где постояльцы периодически пересекаются и болтают. Постояльцы были молодые и интеллигентные. По условиям - всё соответствует описанию. Большая часть номеров с кондеем, подешевле (кажется, такой один) - без. Внутри было всё, что нужно, включая душ, плиту, чайник и утюг. Стиралка - общая на несколько комнат. Интерьер приятный, особо его украшают картины хозяина. До центра добраться 10 минут пешком. Надо выйти из дома, перейти дорогу, пройти 20 метров влево и будет лестница до центра. По высоте - примерно как подняться на 9й этаж.

Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο νησί της Λήμνου. Αρκετά προσεγμένο το εσωτερικό και πολύ όμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο Γιώργος πολύ κατατοπιστικός και φιλικός. Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Λήμνο ( που θα γίνει σύντομα) θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay in the village. Perfect house that was exactly what we needed and a great location to explore eastern Lemnos. House was clean and fully equipped so was easy to make ourselves at home. The garden is nice and private, the second bathroom and shower was very useful when coming from the beach.

Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Хозяин всегда нас встречает и помогает заселиться, всегда подсказывает и рассказывает если мы имеем какие-либо вопросы. Наше жилье было очень чистым: чистый пол, чистая мебель, чистая ванная комната и вся сантехника. Кухня имела все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Güvenlik ve mahremiyetle alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Son zamanlarda tutmamıza rağmen Deniz bey yardımcı oldu. Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Fadi's place felt like home. Really enjoyed our stay there, so close to Sweifiyeh Village, yet in a quiet street. Plenty of natural light, and worked remotely from there with good wifi the whole time. Fadi was also very responsive to any questions through our stay. Love the layout and decor as well. Also the balcony was comfortable and nice to spend time on. Overall, great place. Thank you Fadi & Rebecca

Apartment was very spacious and clean I really liked there a a mosque at the building also commutation was very clear highly recommended you have huge balcony that see the beach of course I will come back a gain next time I visit matrouh
