Was the perfect place for a quick February getaway. 3 blocks from Broadway and 2 from the Hall of Fame. The unit had everything we needed.

Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

This was the perfect space and location for our girls trip! It was close to Broadway and all the other happening spots in Downtown Nashville. We will definitely be coming back this Summer and will definitely stay here we loved it so much!

There was nothing that wasn't thought about when putting this adorable Airbnb together. The decor was adorable and full of Nashville vibes! Just wished we would have found it before our hotel stay. Loved how close we were to the Brooklyn bowling venue. It was perfect walking distance to our concert! Easy to get to and great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

My family enjoyed our stay at Louie’s this week. The house was a good size for our group of 7, including 3 small children. A real plus to have 2 full bathrooms! We were glad to have the kitchen bar to feed the children. The dry board on the kitchen wall was a blessing-kept the little ones busy for hours! We did all of our own meals at the house, and found the kitchen to be easy to work in, and most pots, pans, utensils that we needed were available. It was great to have so much parking space! I thought the location would be noisy with car traffic, but the area was very quiet. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with quiet streets, shops and a park near by, and a grocery store less than a mile away. We were in town to go to a Penguins hockey game, and the house location was very convenient for travel to and from hockey arena.

Highly recommend. Girls Nashville trip and it didn’t disappoint. Brody thought of all the small and big details. Place was stocked with everything you would need and more-he even had delicious snacks out for us! The rooftop was amazing with the fireplace and comfortable seating plus music. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked! Bed were comfortable and rooms were beautiful. Our stay was perfect!

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

We had so much fun and would definitely return! The house was very spacious for a group of 10, and we could easily have fit a few more. The house is a very short uber from downtown, but the residential area is a nice separation from the fun of Broadway. Hosts were excellent and incredibly responsive.

This was a great place to stay during our visit to Nashville. We traveled from Oregon for my daughter’s 21st Birthday. The house accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. There is plenty to do at the house. Pool table, darts, karaoke, fire pit, hot tub etc. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely rent again!
