Great location and great communication with host. More reasonably priced than most in the area and it’s a 3 minute walk to high street! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Dayton. The property itself was wonderful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I was visiting on a national tour and doing a show at the Shuster Center and David’s place was easily walkable to work (on a beautiful sunny day) or a very short Uber ride. We were also walking distance to the Dayton Art Institute. I would absolutely stay at David’s place again!

Great location! Staying at the Pastel Paradise was the best decision we made for our weekend in Cincinnati! The host gave very clear instructions for parking and entry. Within a short walk were many choices of restaurants and coffee shops. I wish we had more time to explore. We had everything we needed in our airbnb and it was comfortable and felt like home! Should we come to the city again, we would pick this place without hesitation. I especially liked the link to their website that had suggestions of local excursions we could search out ourselves. Thank you for a great stay!

Fredas place just what we were looking for! Walkable to campus and in a great spot. Perfect for alumni coming back to campus! We will definitely be back!

My son and me stayed here for one night on our drive back to Michigan from Tennessee since Cincinnati was the halfway point. It was easy to find and easy to get in. It had what we needed for our quick stay. It was clean and was stocked with all the basics you may need including coffee and tea. I was able to book the day of when I decided I couldn’t do the 9 hour drive in one day. The hosts were responsive and kind. I wish I had more time because I had never been to Cincinnati before and it seems like a cool city. I will have to come back again someday!

Love this little hallmark movie town! Loved our stay and how we could walk to eat ect. Would stay again!

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

Drew’s place was awesome. My family and I stayed for two days, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. If you sleep on the lower level bedroom, the street noise can be a bit loud but not too bad.

It was the perfect size in the perfectly central location for my needs, I would definitely stay there again!!

I arrived at night and very much appreciated that a number of lights had been left on. The home was SPOTLESS and exactly as described - lots of towels, toiletries, detergent. Great in town location, but very close to WEC. Am planning to stay here again when I return to Wilmington.

The home is very close to campus where our group was spending the majority of our time. It was very easy to find and get in, the instructions and rules are very simple and easy. The house was extremely clean and matched the description perfectly. Both bedrooms are sizable and there’s plenty of space. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Dayton area.

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

Nice place For family or friends get together, large bedrooms with private baths. Two car garage for indoor parking is a plus. New construction with all the modern amenities. We will stay again next time in the area.

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great place for walking to local bars and restaurants. I do like that there’s private parking provided. Overall good stay, I did have some trouble accessing the unit because the door code did not work and required resetting. However it was quickly resolved within 5min. Thanks!

We had an unexpected event that happened with our 1st airbnb that we booked for our weekend away so we had to cancel with the 1st one and look for another place. Luckily thanks to the location and super fast response from Chris & Amy we were able to book their place without any hiccups and promptly. Everything worked out and we were able to enjoy our anniversary weekend away. Place was very roomy, clean, and super comfortable beds. Would definitely booked again with them.

This was our second stay at Emily’s place and it was absolutely perfect again! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay -including snacks in the kitchen! How thoughtful! Emily was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication easy. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and expressways. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Cincinnati and can't wait to return!
