The Shack @ Slopen

This is a traditional Shack with modern comforts. It’s the sort of place you might remember from childhood holidays. Located right on a beautiful bay it is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Walk out the front gate and you are on the beach. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Many of my guests return again and again!

Sunset Beach House

Welcome! Modern, comfortable, cosy 3 bedroom house with ocean views located on the beautiful and historic Tasman Peninsula. 8 min walk to pristine White Beach, true to its name. Great for a morning or afternoon stroll. Enjoy all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer with short drives to National Park hikes, Port Arthur (15min drive), Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, lavender farm, farmgate stall and stunning beaches. After exploring the many attractions, relax on your deck and enjoy the stunning sunset.

A neat beach front house with direct access to the beach You will be right in the middle of stunning White Beach via a private 20 meter path Just 10 mins to Port Arthur with so much to explore on the peninsula and the South East. Two-bedrooms that offers a home away from home experience Located on a large block of land that is beach front. only 10 minutes drive from historic Port Arthur. 5 Mins from Nubeena village where there is a tavern, pharmacy, post office, grocery store and cafe/bakery.

Parson’s Bay Cottage

A few minutes walk to beautiful White Beach, this relaxing, quaint cottage is the ideal getaway on the Tasman Peninsula. A short drive to the Port Arthur Historic Site and the start of the spectacular Three Capes Walk and many other attractions the Peninsula has to offer. A very cosy cottage with three bedrooms including 1x queen size bed and 6 single beds. Fully self contained with air conditioning and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The beach house has recently been refurbished with new floor coverings, drapes and a fresh lick of paint. When staying at Sommers Bay Beach House you have the whole beach house to yourself. You are not just renting a room. Enjoy commanding water views over Sommers Bay and Norfolk Bay to Mount Wellington in the distance.

Garden Apartment - beside the sea!

Our renovated apartment is just 20 m from glorious Blackman's Bay beach; at the quiet end. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the ocean view and at night be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Perfect place to just relax. Please note that during peak periods we may require a minimum stay of 6 nights; ie/. between December 24th to 30th.
