Gorgeous modern style home in the country looking over with view of Paso Robles. There are neighbors and businesses nearby but for privacy the backyard is fenced. Home has well stocked kitchen & everything you need essential bathrooms and linens closet. Family enjoyed BBQing, swimming in the hottub and pool, and played in the Game room. This is great for family with kids or Small busy group of people. Stores and shops are only less 5 minutes away. Hosts responded quickly and were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Our family (3 generations, 5 adults, 1 child) had a wonderful 3 night stay at this incredibly beautiful property over New Year’s. The house was well-equipped, and had a perfect layout for us, with 2 in-suite bedrooms at one end and another, with an extra bed, at the other, with one at each end opening onto patios with views. The landscaping was gorgeous, with amenities like a fire pit in a seating area perched above the long view down to the lake and off to the mountains. The pool added to the visual appeal though it was unheated and we didn’t try it. The property was so beautiful that, although we had planned several hikes in the area, we chose not to leave it, instead walking the 1 mile driveway to the gate and back once or twice each day and otherwise playing ping-pong, darts, and cornhole (all provided) or our own invented challenge of frisbee over the pool. Perfect!Parents of young children should be aware though that the pool is central to the landscaping and can’t be closed off.

Timi’s place in Paso Robles, CA was so wonderful! Everything was exactly as described. Host was super friendly and opened communication right away. We never had any need to reach out because the house had everything we could possibly need. The house has so much character and was so clean! There is so much to do and almost everything you could need is walking distance. Would be lucky to stay again!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

Beautiful location! Perfect location for driving to Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, and Avila. House was spotless and perfection in every way. Perfect for families and very accommodating for infants.

What a wonderful home! The backyard was particularly fun for the kids, lots of games and space to run around. We had a great time.

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

This was our second time to stay in this home for New Years weekend, and hopefully there will be more. We love this house and its charm. Kitchen is one of the best supplied Airbnb’s we have stayed in. We like to cook so that’s important to us. Neighborhood is peaceful and we love watching the deer in the area. Sometimes right out the front window. Close enough to town that a good walker can walk to park. Pictures look exactly like the house looks inside and out! Can’t wait to return.

Good prompt communication throughout, convenient location to both downtown and CalPoly. Clean and organized with helpful instructions. It was helpful to have the laundry facilities and the front & back porches to catch the sun and we were even treated to an orange sunset. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

Loved the house had everything we basically needed ! The outside of the house looks small but inside is REALLY NICE and a decent size and had lots of room for my family!

After reading all the reviews while I was looking for a place, everyone was right in their reviews. Amber is amazing and will provide every information she has. What I liked about her is that she’s very detail oriented. Also the place is great as it looked in the pictures. I’d love to try the other places she’s has and even go back to this place in the future.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit. On a gorgeous plot of land, very spacious for 9-10 guests. Wish we had even more time there

Loved our stay here. Quick drive into town but far enough that there was zero road noise or other distractions. We enjoyed quiet mornings outside with the quail and bunnies. Kitchen was very well stocked with the exception of aluminum foil but we easily made do. Ambiance was great, but the light linen curtains didn't do much to stop the sun in the mornings. Bring an eyes mask if you're a sensitive sleeper. We would recommend this place for a large group.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Janis was super communicative, friendly and the place is just absolutely gorgeous. You HAVE to do a tasting when you visit. She has the best wines and they are so pure. Super close to downtown but still feels like you have privacy and are a bit secluded, which we loved. Truly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to go back!

We had a nice weekend away at this lovely air b&b! It’s a cute, well decorated space with a great kitchen and cozy spaces to visit. We planned on walking to town, but I forgot my jacket & it was chilly. We appreciated the little touches in the air b&b (cute decor, fun records, fireplace, single use toothbrushes for those who forgot:) All in all, it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home, which had all the necessities for a comfortable trip. The outdoor deck was a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning tea in a serene setting. The location was ideal, with nearby trails and with lots to see and do within 1-2 hours. Laureen, our host, was fantastic—prompt in her responses and kind enough to accommodate our last-minute request for a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful nature getaway, and we’d love to return!

This is a beautiful property. We were 2 families and the 2 separate houses made it very convenient for us. We spent most our time in the bigger house. You could see the ocean from both the houses and the view was amazing. The location was perfect as a base for hiking in Los Osos and sight seeing in the wine country. A special shout-out to Angie for being such a gracious host. She was very responsive. When we locked ourselves out, her husband came within minutes to unlock the door. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Very beautiful location, secluded, but a short drive to some great spots. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
