Spotless Modern Steps from the Best Shops and Restaurants.

New Construction! Grab a snack from a local food cart and kick back under the backyard parasol with a good book. This light-flooded space blends crisp white decor with rich teal accents, cheerful pops of yellow, and calming abstract art for a well-rounded look. There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement of the house so no loud noise, large gatherings after 11 pm (quiet hours). There is a $50 cleaning fee for pets. I personally built this house and I have been an Airbnb host for over 2 years and love being able to offer my home to caring respectful guests. Guests rent the entire top unit/main house. This has a private entrance only accessible by guests. Around the back of the house is a shared bbq, patio, tables, etc. Mississippi is a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop, see a show, go to a gallery, and relax on the patio and watch people bike by. There is a co-op 4 blocks away for groceries and a Whole Foods around 10 minutes' walk away. The house is a 3 minute walk to a bus stop and less that 10 minute walk to the Max (public train) station. There is plenty of parking on the street. There are dogs on the property but they do not have access to the house. If you bring your own pet there is an extra $50 cleaning fee. Please leave this on the counter for the cleaner when you check out.

Charming Remodeled Home in SE

Unique, charming 1920's home, just minutes from Portland by bike or car, fully remodeled, w/custom handmade furnishings made w/local hardwoods. Our cozy home has a fully loaded gourmet kitchen. Master suite w/king bed and a top of the line Stearns and Foster mattress. 2nd bedroom w/brand new queen nectar mattress. King sleeper sofa w/memory foam mattress. Covered patio, plenty of outdoor seating, natural gas BBQ, and firepit. Fenced yard for pets. Local fav cafe across the street.

Lovely, light-filled, peaceful, spacious, newly built sanctuary cottage w/small enclosed, private backyard in quaint neighborhood. Amenities: heated concrete floors, queen bed, washer/dryer, rain shower, skylights, wifi, parking, workspace, TV, kitchen, fan, air conditioner, shared hot tub. Walk/bike/bus to shops, bars & restaurants on Fremont & Sandy to enjoy the local fare and vibe. By car: 10 min to PDX, 5-7 min to Hollywood & Alberta Districts, 15-20 min to Downtown, Pearl, NW Districts.

Pet Friendly Tiny Home Overlooking Peninsula Park

Sweet tiny home in an ideal location to explore Portland's coolest neighborhoods. Enjoy my lovely patio with a soothing water feature, fire pit & blooming garden during the summer. Located directly across the street from the spectacular Peninsula Park where you can rent bikes (helmets are in the closet), have a picnic and ppl watch! 20 minute walk to trendy & fun Mississippi & Alberta Streets. Blocks away from coffee, groceries, bus stops & the MAX Line = easy access to the entire city.

Portland Sanctuary

Modern mid century boho chic two bedroom apartment unit in a gorgeous private craftsman bungalow home built in 1910. The unit is spacious, cool and provides ample room for a cozy stay. You will find new appliances in both the bathroom and kitchen. Both bedrooms are outfitted with tempurpedic mattresses and clean linens and towels and accented with local Pendleton prints. Backyard is shared. We do have chickens in the backyard and if you like fresh eggs we are happy to drop off some off.

Beautiful high end modern private apartment built in a historic 1904 Craftsman in Nob Hill. Walk two blocks to NW 23rd for a wide variety of stellar restaurants and shopping or take a 10min walk to get to the heart of the city or to the famous trails of forest park. Easy access to transportation all over the city just steps away. View Mt. Hood from the front porch or relax with your own large private yard and let your pets run. Charming Stucco Bungalow across from Alberta Park

The charming stucco bungalow in beautiful NE Portland is located on a treelined street in the Alberta Arts / Concordia district. It's across the street from Alberta Park and a quick walk to some of the best food and drink in the city. The home has been thoughtfully preserved and decorated and lets in an incredible amount of natural light. The outdoor space offers an incredibly private area to relax or enjoy a meal on the deck. It truly feels like a home away from home!
