I liked this historic house. Loved how they preserved the architecture really well. The only downside is sometimes we can hear the neighbors walking upstairs!

We stayed at John’s property for a short visit to San Diego for our nieces bridal shower. John was an excellent host! Always responsive, although we did not have any problems at all. His property is just perfect. Very clean, very comfortable beds, darling backyard, even the neighbors are nice. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend John’s property and an excellent host. Thank you John.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected based on the home description and other reviews. Cozy home, very quiet neighborhood (we’re light sleepers and there was no noise at night) , close walk to the ocean, and a small grocery store and restaurants a few minutes walk away. One of the reasons I chose this home was that it seemed really good for families with small children and it was! Nice thick mattress for the crib, baby bathtub, good high chair, lots of buckets and shovels for the beach, and a basket of toys which my baby loved using since we didn’t bring many with us. Read a bunch of reviews that commented on difficulty parking. We rented a Kia Telluride and had no issues. We backed in and still had extra space.

Great location, easy to to get to the freeway and easy to get to any nearby attractions

William is a great host! He answered all my questions before our stay and made our stay so easy. This house is centrally located in San Diego with easy access to major freeways. The backyard is FANTASTIC!!!! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking is gated, which was a definite plus! Our family was very comfortable here and would definitely book again when we are in San Diego.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a great, clean space! Our only minor complaint is that there weren't spare sheets/pillows and there was only 1 roll of paper towels when we arrived at the Airbnb. Otherwise an amazing time! Lacee was also quick to reply to any questions and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. It was nice to have 3 separate housing units as we had 3 families in our party. The 2 bedroom house is connected to the owners (I'm assuming) property and they are on site. The property was very clean and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. I wish there were a few more hand towels but with a washer/dryer in every unit we were able to wash them. The backyard was really great and the kids loved playing back there! The driveway is long and fairly narrow. The houses aren't on a busy street so it's easy enough to back out. I didn't love the late check in (5PM) but they did allow us to check in early (for a fee.) We had a great vacation and I would recommend this property!

Only downside is you’re relatively far from Revolución (around 20min), which can be drawn out nearing an hour thanks to rush hour; however, if the hustle and bustle doesn’t float your boat, I think the upscale feel of this place along with 24hr security may suit your needs. A lengthy stay makes this stay irrefutable juxtaposed to the transience one may experience where vicinity to the main attractions supersedes all. What stands out in particular is the all-in-one package deal you’d get with an all inclusive cruise. There’s a gym, pool, small market, restaurants, and all this encompassing with it a safe neighborhood. The next time I am in Tijuana, I would definitely consider rebooking. Thanks for reading 👍

Road is steep and driveway takes a little bit to get used to but easy after a few times.

Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

Leti was such an amazing host and this was one of the most special and healing places I have every stayed. We were there with three generations, my dad and my son who is 3. We were each able to have are own space but also live into the space and be together. We would see the ocean from the patio and walk there and to the playground every day. My dad and son began to know the local owners of the cafes near by. Leti and her husband were so so kind and supportive and responsive. Leti responded to every single question. Her husband came to refill our garbage bags, and our paper towels. And once we thought the toilet had leaks, but it was my two year old who had knocked over liquid near the toilet. Our fault! Laeti’s husband came and found the source and was beyond kind to us about it. I was also there to heal and be near Scripps, and the peace of the space along with communication and support from Leti along with the magical and easy location to walk to the ocean and breathe was magical.

We are a senior couple and were visiting family in this area. Luis’ place served our needs perfectly and was very convenient for everything we wanted to do and see while we were in San Diego. We would recommend it to others who visit this area of San Diego. The Zen Garden is beautiful!

We stayed a month and would do it again! We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect! The building has a sushi place and craft beer gastro pub right in the building. Across the street is a very good gastro pub as well. It's waking distance to the little Italy central with great shops, restaurants, and wine boutiques. The unit itself is a large studio, and it was perfect! Modern and spotless. Free of clutter yet well appointed. The bed was amazing! Exactly as pictured. Our hosts were very responsive when needed, which wasn't often. Perfect for a couple. We hated to leave. The parking was secure and the space was right outside of the unit. So handy! Highly recommend. We will stay again!!!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Great location and clean space. A little small if you have to use the family room pullout sofa bed as it is right next to the kitchen table, but would be perfect if you can fit everyone in the 2 bedrooms. Master fit 2 comfortably and the 2nd bedroom had a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed underneath. Would definitely come back with just 5 of us.

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

This place is as advertised. Perfect location. Right on the beach. Great walking, biking, beaching, restaurants, shops. Great outdoor spaces. I will definitely stay here again.

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of space for our family of 6. Unfortunately a few of us got sick during our visit but this place was a comfortable space to recuperate and isolate in. There was lots to do nearby. We loved walks on the beach and exploring local restaurants. Thanks again!

7살 아이와 함께 3인 가족이 묵었습니다. 사진, 그리고 설명과 완벽히 일치하는 아늑하고 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 세탁기,건조기,조리도구,양념,식기세척기까지 모든 게 갖추어진 Junn의 에어비앤비는 집에서와 똑같은 환경으로 생활할 수 있게 해주었어요! 특히 화장실은 욕조와 타일 상태가 새것처럼 완벽했고 얼룩 하나 없었습니다. 항상 응답이 빨랐고 제가 연락하지 않았는데도 중간에 안부를 물어 주었습니다. 미시온 지역에서 씨월드, 발보아파크, 샌디에고 동물원, 테코로테 쇼어스의 놀이터 등을 아주 가깝고 편하게 관광했어요. 라호야와 코로나도 쪽도 멀지 않았습니다. 좋은 숙소 추천드려요. 감사합니다.
