great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

Casa davvero molto bella, con spazi anche piuttosto ampi rispetto allo standard, ideale per 5-6 persone. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, molto bello anche il servizio di piatti. Due bagni belli e funzionali, compresa anche lavatrice utile per soggiorno più lunghi. Temperatura e climatizzazione delle stanze perfetta, presente anche riscaldamento a pavimento. Abbiamo avuto un problema con riscaldamento di uno dei due bagni, rapidamente risolto pure essendo nel periodo di capodanno. Materassi futon molto comodi. Casa un po’ difficile da raggiungere con taxi perché autista non ha seguito le indicazioni stampateci dall’ufficio check-in ma ha seguito GoogleMaps (che dà indicazioni sbagliate! Attenzione!). Abbastanza vicina a Gion, ma bisogna camminare un po’ prima di arrivare nel cuore del quartiere. Kombini Lawson comodo vicino per fare la spesa. Akiko sempre disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha supportato in ogni momento.

Beautiful home in a great location. The elevator was awesome. Love the main floor bathroom and bathtub. Short walk to three different stations made it super easy to get anywhere (one stop to Namba). Would come back to Japan just to stay here again! Thank you Shinichi 🤩

Hosts are friendly and responsive. Early check-in was also possible when the place was ready. Kohama train station is nearby or Tamade subway station which is further (16min on foot). There is also the tram line nearby as an added public transportation alternative.

娘の誕生祝い（一歳）にきた両親と共に宿泊しました。 オムツ用ゴミボックスなど、小さい子供にも優しい備品があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 家具や食器なども一通り揃っているので、 自宅で家族を迎えるようなくつろぎを持って過ごすことができました。

Greatly enjoyed the Airbnb. The location was perfect!

Our group of 4 enjoyed the only 7 min walk to central Kyoto station. It was spacious for all of us and was affordable when comparing surrounding airbnbs. Some things to be aware of is exit light in the bedroom is bright, construction is happening behind the building (usually didn’t hear much until 830) and the room layout is shogun style. Despite all these, we enjoyed our stay!

La maison avec le style japonais était super. Avec un jardin très beau et relaxant. Le coin très agréable et calme pour se reposer après une longue journée. L'hôte est très réactif et à l'écoute des demandes tout au long du séjour. Si je reviens sur Kyoto, je compte reprendre le même logement.

We had an amazing stay here. Takeshi was extremely helpful and gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area. The tub in the back was peaceful. Would love to stay here again.

도부쓰엔마에역 2번 출구 앞 시장 안쪽에 있어서 지하철 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 미도지스선으로 난바, 도톤보리,우메다 역으로 오갈 수 있고, 사카이스지선으로 에비스초, 닛폰바시역으로 갈 수 있습니다. 간사이공항에서 라피트를 타고 신이마미역에 내린다면 걸어서 십 분 거리 입니다. 또한 도보 십분 거리에 덴노지역이 있어서 JR하루카를 이용 할 수 있고, 아베이하루카스 전망대, 덴노지동물원, 쓰텐카쿠 등이 근처라 쉽게 다닐 수 있습니다. 도교로 가는 신칸센을 타기 위해 미도스지선으로 신오사카로 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 교토 버스투어 모임 장소도 2정거장이라 편했습니다. 숙소가 시장에 있어서 언제든지 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 1층 욕실에 의류 건조 기능이 있어서 유용했고, 세탁+건조 기능의 세탁기가 있습니다. 계단이 좁지만 노인분들만 아니면 괜찮습니다. 다만, 겨울이라, 바닥이 차가워서 1층 다다미방에서 잘 때 추웠습니다. 문의에도 신속히 응답해주셨고, 즐거운 오사카 여행이 됐습니다. 감사합니다.

We absolutely loved this space. It was exactly what we needed after an intensive first week of travel in Japan. We were looking for something similar to a Ryokan but was more private. The large tub was the main reason we booked and it absolutely did not disappoint. It brought us all the zen we needed. The host allowed us to drop our bags early as well so we could explore and come back later for check in. Thank you for this lovely space. We wish we could have stayed more nights!!

The place is very nice. It's like a renewed machiya (a traditional japanese house) a which is what's advertised by the way and it may look a bit weird or maybe a bit dark for someone not accustomed to them. It was our experience just when we entered the house. But that sense of weirdness went away really fast and we really enjoyed it. It's cozy and even though there was very cold outside, we were very well inside. It's well equipped and we didn't have to worry for anything. It's near a Life supermarket where we got reasonable priced tasty food and Nijo station which made access to Kyoto station and other places looks like a breeze. Nijo castle and the imperial palace are near too. We got beautiful memories from Kyoto, a really beautiful city and Hana's place was part of it. Thank you very much!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Osaka! The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. What truly set this experience apart was the host’s exceptional hospitality. They responded to all our questions super quickly and went above and beyond when we left a phone behind—they not only found it but ensured it was sent to the airport on time for us to catch our flight. We couldn’t be more grateful! This level of care and attention is rare to find. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily rebook for our next trip. All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

家族で滞在しました。 ログハウスは充分な広さで、ゆったり過ごすことができました。 星空を見ながらのサウナと露天風呂、外気浴は最高の体験でした。 サウナは温度がしっかり上がる仕様になっており、110℃まで設定できるようになっていました。 オリジナルのアロマオイルでロウリュし、うちわでアウフグースができました。また、お尻に引くビート板も用意してありました。 外気浴にはインフィニティーチェアとハンモックがあり、周囲は本当に何もなく静かなので、気持ち良すぎて寝落ちしてしまいそうでした。 BBQグリルも本格的なものが置いてあり、美味しい食事を食べることができました。 完全プライベート空間でリフレッシュできる場所なので、またきたいです！
