We’ve had a great stay in the house. It’s a charming house with a great view on the vineyards. The host was kind and very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying here!

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein paar tolle Empfehlungen bekommen. Wir haben jeden Tag im wunderschönen Garten gefrühstückt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto war alles gut erreichbar.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Appartamento pulitissimo, grande e arredato con cura. Abbiamo trovato tutto teli da bagno asciugamani prodotti per la doccia creme tutto. Mara persona gentilissima e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente positiva !

È stato un piacere trascorrere il capodanno presso il Country club di Maria Teresa. C’è tutto il necessario per poter stare comodi anche in grandi gruppi, gli host sono molto gentili e simpatici d e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa fin da subito. Il punto di forza principale è sicuramente la ampia cucina professionale completamente in acciaio con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare anche per grandi tavolate. Da non perdere assolutamente!

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

Eine hübsche Unterkunft, sehr nah am Strand. Auch ein öffentlicher Strand ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht, auch ein Espresso lässt sich zubereiten. Der Kinderpool und der allgemeine Pool sind sehr schön und ansprechender als auf den Fotos :)

Villa Leopold is beyond unique - we could not have asked for a better setting and overall experience for, in our case, a weeklong family reunion of 8 adults and 3 (grand) kids. The private park with the pool provided room for quiet relaxation as well as fun and games. The well maintained villa with thoughtfully selected furniture (and art works) virtually throughout was more than one could ask for.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Visited Alessio's place over a week around New Years Eve. Had a beautiful stay, everything worked smoothly. The house is conveniently located ~1.5h from skiing in the Dolomites, ~1.5h from Venice and ~1h from Verona. Selection of grocery stores are ~10min drive away and Garage has charger for electric vehicles. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We all loved our stay! The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Splendida soluzione per trascorrere dei giorni in tranquillità, con tutti i comfort e con una tavernetta spaziale piena di giochi retrò. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tra amici tra bbq, biliardo e calciobalilla. Marco e Andrea sono stati disponibilissimi e super attenti a soddisfare le nostre richieste ed esigenze! Casa e host stra-consigliati!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Location molto piacevole in mezzo a un bosco e a campi, appartamento impeccabile, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Generi di conforto come acqua e caffè, bollitore, minibar. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie per l’ospitalità
