Amazing house apartment for short or long term, long term definitely better so you have time to enjoy all of the beautiful features of the house. Bonus: there are fresh oranges outside ready to be picked

When arriving the place was very clean we had a few water bottles, everything for the kitchen from utensils to dish soap. Beds had covers. Bathrooms had everything as well from hot running water to toilet paper, shampoos body soap. Place was nice for the family of five that we have. Would definitely go back for another stay.

Casita By The Texas Bay -Waterfront!

Casita By The Texas Bay should definitely be your top choice! It is minutes near major stores, restaurants and South Padre Island. Ironically, you will feel secluded and able to enjoy the nature of the coast. The community was peaceful. In regards to cleanliness, I'm extremely selective. Yet, I was beyond satisfied with how well kept it is. With 3 bedrooms, it is very ample. It was stocked with necessities, and the check-in instructions were very clear. The backyard has a gorgeous view of the bay and island, and we even got a clear view of the fireworks Friday night. Aside from being the most perfect accommodation I've made at South Padre, Space X was the cherry on top. I went to the island for a wedding this weekend, but was blessed to witness the historic Space X launch. The front porch has a great view of the rocket's ascent to space. Close enough to feel and hear its magnificent roar of human accomplishment. I wish I could say more! From my family and I, THANK YOU Rocio!

The place is so cute and comfortable! Everything was very clean and Laurie is very responsive. Highly recommend. The park has lots of activities and a nice pool and fitness center as well. I'll definitely be back!

Breathtaking, Lakefront, Pool, Private, big group

This was the 2nd time we rented this house when visiting family in Texas. The house is clean and very comfortable with lots of space for a large family. The kids had a great time in the pool and I loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning having my coffee. We will definitely try renting it again next year. GREAT PRIVATE HOUSE @ RANCHO VIEJO TX GOLF COURSE

Es la segunda ocasión que me alojó en esta casa y como siempre muy acogedora, el vecindario muy tranquilo y todo queda a 10 o 15 minutos de la casa como supermercados, Alfonso siempre al pendiente de los mensajes.

La ubicación de la casa está justo entre las dos zonas comerciales más importantes (McAllen y Edinburg), además de ser sumamente accesible. La casa es muy práctica, y nos fue muy útil que tiene 4 habitaciones, por lo que todos estuvimos muy cómodos. Tiene prácticamente todo lo que se necesita (toallas, servitoallas, bolsas de basura, platos, cubiertos, vasos, ollas y sartenes) y lo que llegase a faltar lo encuentras en un HEB que está muy cerca de la casa.
