Sandra siempre fue muy amable , respondía rápidamente y estuvo preocupada porque todo estuviera bien , a pesar de algunos pequeños inconvenientes fue resolutiva y nos ayudó en lo que necesitábamos, el lugar es acogedor y ella se preocupa por los detalles

Très bon emplacement, correspond à la description, bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul souci était qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude du tout. Carlos a été réactif à nos sollicitations.

Hice una reservación a última hora y todo estuvo perfecto, Eddy fue muy amable y flexible con mi reservación. Ojalá me hubiera perdido quedar más tiempo. El apartamento es moderno, limpio y muy bonito con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La vista es genial mejor de cómo se ve en las fotos, ubicado en una parte super tranquila a tres cuadras o 5 minutos de la plaza! Definitivamente volveré!

The AirBnB is some a 10 minutes walking distance from the main square which makes it feel far, as Salento is a really small town but I felt very comfortable and also the atmosphere a bit further the center is nice. The owners where very proactive willing to help out with tips and tricks for our stay. thanks for everything. I will for sure come back to this place whenever I am heading to Salento again

El lugar es tal como en las fotos, muy bonito, incluso se alcanza a ver el nevado desde allí en las mañanas. queda muy cerca del parque principal de Salento y hay muchas cosas por hacer, muy buenos restaurantes. Estuvimos una semana y recomiendo este lugar.

Great location. Close to everything but quiet. Easy checkin, spacious, hot showers. Spacious with comfortable beds.

Diese Unterkunft in Salento ist eine der besten, die wir in unserer Kolumbienreise nutzen konnten. Sie liegt in einer völlig ruhigen Wohnstraße gelegen. Bis zum Plaza Principal sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon ist modern eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr, sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Lorena könnte nicht besser sein. Der Check-In war grandios und wir konnten erfreulicherweise eher einchecken. Lorena und ihr Mann sind zwei herzliche und liebenswerte Menschen, die sich sehr bemüht haben, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Und das hatten wir. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Gerne wieder!

Excelente alojamiento, bien equipado, agua caliente para ducharse , alojamiento en excelentes condiciones y muy limpio. la comunicación con la anfitriona muy acertiva. ademas muy disponible para ayudar, deje un producto y me lo regresó sin inconveniente. ¡Recomendado!

Fue una estadía grandiosa, disfrutamos mucho del alojamiento, es súper cómodo y el aseo fue impecable. El jacuzzi y el agua caliente son excelente para disfrutar en las noches. Los anfitriones son súper amables, dan recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y las instrucciones del alojamiento son claras, la comunicación con ellos fue rápida. Un lugar muy recomendado, sin duda regresaríamos!

prinzipiell waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nach einem etwas holprigen Start wegen dem Check-In, war alles ok. Sandra und ihre Mitarveiter war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zusätzlich um größere Pfannen und einem Haatrockner gebeten und haben diese auch schnell bekommen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, am Ende der Stadt. Etwas schwer den Berg rauf und runter zu gehen, aber das ist in der gesamten Stadt so. Badezimmer waren sauber, Dusche sehr angenehm. Küche halbwegs gut ausgestattet. unzufrieden waren wir mit dem Bett: die Matratze ist dünn und durchgelesen, man liegt sehr schnell auf dem Lattenrost. Das Schlafzimmer braucht unbedingt dunklere Vorhänge, da es sonst sehr hell ist. Die Sitzbank muss kontrolliert werden, da die Schrauben zu lang sind und man sich verletzen kann. Alles in allem war es aber ein guter Aufenthalt und für die Größe und Qualität gut. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen und noch einmal buchen.

Realmente en un Lugar muy acogedor tal cual está publicado… muy limpio, ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. Realmente disfrutamos de la estadía junto a mi familia…. Super recomendable.

Paula was our host, she was excellent, very attentive. The apartment is in a great location, it’s clean , exactly what they show you on the pictures, lots of windows, very spacious and near every thing. Love the kitchen, the master Bed room is big, great walking closet and private bathroom . I can only say good things about the apartment. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will definitely stay there the next time a visit Armenia.

En términos generales la estadía fue buena. Lugar bien ubicado, seguro y con muchos restaurantes y zonas bonitas en el entorno. El apartamento muy aseado, amplio y con buena dotación en la cocina. Aspectos por mejorar: 1. Tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para hacer el ingreso (respecto al horario establecido de las 3 PM) y 2. Se necesita más velocidad por parte del anfitrión en la respuesta de los mensajes.
