The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go from here, with nearby big supermarkets and stores, and a quiet and calm neighborhood. We also appreciated Blanca's fast response to any question or concern before and during our stay there. The house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for 5 adults for a week. We would stay here again!

The house was great. We loved the pool and the lanai, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen didn’t have everything we needed for our six week stay, but Jennifer was very responsive and immediately provided what we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking, and we enjoyed being close to the Nauti Parrot Tiki Bar, the Brunch Factory, and downtown Fort Myers.

House was spacious, clean & clutter free. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was clean and has lights for night swimming. WiFi worked great & living room has smart tv you can log into but downside was be aware no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer but we may have missed that in the description. I suggest bringing some on the way because stores are not close by. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay! Jason's place was very clean, spacious, pretty and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and loved walking around the neighborhood. You will love staying here!

Nice, newer home in a family oriented neighborhood, typical of Cape Coral. All appliances are new and efficient, including the washer and dryer that include steam settings. Lots of pots and pans for cooking, as this seems to be well suited to family travels, cooking at home, rec. room for kids, master suite separate from other bedrooms. Ample space, very clean, but no snacks, detergent, coffee, etc. is provided, so make sure to pack provisions. There is a Publix and 7-Eleven close by.

Cleo's place was very nicely done and accurate to the description, a nice area.and walkable to shopping and many places. The backyard was very comfortable and decorated. She was very responsive and helpful with our needs. This was our second visit to her house and would stay again.

I've stayed at other units in this property before and have always been extremely pleased, and will undoubtedly stay again!

The location was perfect, 3 miles from the beach. The space is exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable and the mini split AC units kept the space at a comfortable temperature. If you are highly sensitive to those plug in air fresheners, you might ask for them to be unplugged before you arrive. I hope to return again.

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

Such an incredible stay we will definitely be back at some point !! The house was so much cuter in person the pictures don’t do it justice at all. The hosts were so lovely and helped us when needed it and responded super quick! Thank you again for letting us stay we won’t forget it !!

Great location, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated Andy offering us to check-in early upon arriving in town, so we could clean up before an event. Having access to washer and drier was a bonus.

Nach anstrengender Reise durch die Deep South States, war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Erholung; eine Wohltat für Augen und Seele ! Ich reise seit 40 Jahren, in Europa, USA (Nord/Süd), Asien und Australien und war selten so angetan von einer Unterkunft, wie von diesem Appartement, Garten mit großem Erholungswert. Besonders was Geräumigkeit, Effektivität, Sauberkeit, aber auch wohl durch- dachten Annehmlichkeiten für den Durchreisenden,( aber auch, und besonders für einen längeren Aufenthalt ) angeht, - perfekt für 2 Personen mit kleineren Kindern. (Gerade diese Empfehlung des Gastgebers finde ich sehr passend). Die beste Wahl für ein gehobenes, dabei erschwingliches, ' American way of good Holidays` Gefühl, ,-)). The listing was accurate. The unit was close to a busy road but still quiet. Plenty of food options within close driving distance There was plenty of space to relax when we were back at the condo.

The perfect condo to relax and unwind. Gorgeous view, comfy seating, beautiful pool and private little area by the water to watch the sunset. Nice restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Sanibel for beach time. Loved it!

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

Great location and great to look out at the beach and be right there for the gorgeous gulf sunsets. Conrad was upfront about construction, so we were prepared to see and hear it. Didn't even bother us.

Lauren has done up the place very well and having beach towels and beach chairs really helped us. The place is clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the water body is gorgeous. Having a pull out sofa in the living area is an added bonus. The best part is that good eateries and a grocery store are walking distance from the apartment. Lauren is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. We would certainly like to stay here again if we visit Naples.

Can not say enough about this condo! Everything was perfect and clean. The master bedroom was my favorite. The leather reclining furniture and mounted huge big screen TV was a plus also. The pool was very nice. Loved that everything is so close to get to. Beaches was beautiful. Susan was the best host with all the info and even let us know the place was ready and clean for whenever we wanted to check in. Will be staying here again for sure!! Thank you, Lisa West!

Rose was available for any questions we had and made us feel right at home. It is a beautiful location and we would definitely come back.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Bonita Beach. Nahe zum Highway 41 nach Fort Myers und Naples. Toller Ausblick vom 9. Stock. Balkon nach Norden. Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Peter hat all unsere Fragen schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Ein toller Urlaub.
