Read this review: I booked this stay to spend new year eve and day. The check in and check out times were a plus. My family and I were ready to receive the new year relax by the beach until... a major blackout left the whole island without electricity. Luckily, the host had provided what we needed: flashlights, solar lights, solar fans, big cooler for the refrigerated items, gas stove. Next to that, games for entertainment and a fantastic ocean view to enjoy.

The house looked just like the photos. Beautiful views from all the rooms. I love preparing meals and looking out at the ocean, our daughter loved the swings just steps from the house. The beach near the Embassy gate was nicer than the public beach on the other side. Some searching is needed to find a favorite beach but Nereidia was helpful for that. Convenient to the SuperMax grocery store as well. Our kids loved the bowling next store by the casino which was a 5 minute walk. Check out Tony’s place bakery nearby too! I got all my laundry done with the great laundry system. Great coming home with clean clothes!

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)

The location exceed our expectations. It was very spacious, lot of parking, lot of plays to enjoy together as a family and also had privacy in some areas. Jenniffer was always responsive of our calls and we really enjoyed our time together.

We had a fantastic stay at Adelina’s place! The home is so cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was wonderful. A quiet, peaceful dead end road with sweet neighbors and about a 30 minute drive from Old San Juan. Adelina was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and the entire stay easy. She offered great nearby recommendations and was proactive by giving us step by step instructions on how to use the generator just in case (luckily it was not needed!) I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Bayamon.

I love staying in this beautiful home and the rooftop terrace was stunning!! The place was very well kept and was perfect for a few nights stay! The house even allowed us to do a late checkout due to our flight cancellations! Definitely recommend and would come back

Excellent remote work spot. Couldn’t have a better location in PR. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Looks just like the pictures.

Fue una estancia agradable,un lugar limpio , tranquilo y cerca de todos los lugares que visitar, A 4 minutos de plaza de las americas en coche y 15 caminando, todo muy bien.

As soon as I landed, I already had the address and how to get there. He was very friendly. Any questions that I needed? He responded quickly. The lights went out. We called him. He told us if there was any problems he would come over with the generator there was an outage in the neighborhood. So I had nothing really to do with him. He was there eager and willing to help. He was there to help me with any instructions that I needed any questions or text that I needed. Even though it was his birthday's his wife's birthday weekend, he was there I truly appreciate that and I would recommend if anybody's going with a large party to Puerto Rico. This is the place to stay. It's a vibe in itself, very safe area. It was great. I would do it again.

Mein Freund & ich waren 11 Nächte in San Juan & waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war eher klein aber perfekt zu zweit. Die Terrasse war das Highlight. Auch wenn die Umgebung etwas lauter war haben wir immer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit Milena war auch ausgezeichnet. Würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Wonderful property for a large family gathering. Great open room for gathering and hanging out. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. Bedrooms all opened up to Great room and had Jack and Jill bathrooms between them. Porch provided beautiful views. Pool area has its own fridge, Blackstone and bathroom..a little walk to get there, but worth the location. Host was very communicative and answered quickly to questions. Would rent again!

The space was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Awesome view of the ocean.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El lugar es muy acogedor, estaba impecablemente limpio y contaba con una piscina espectacular. Los alrededores eran increíbles, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

The pictures actually don’t do it justice. It’s a magnificent view overlooking the ocean as you sit in the pool. Ricardo and Laura respond to any question immediately. Highly recommended. Also, very family friendly!

The grounds were beautiful, you could hear all the frogs in the back ground. The house is gorgeous with an island beauty. They had all kinds of games and sport equipment to use. We loved the huge hot tub, perfect for sore legs from walking all day. We had multiple families stay in the house and it felt very comfortable and spacious. The big kitchen was perfect for cooking and meal prep. They have a book they made with their family pictures of all their favorite spots and how far the drive is, so helpful!! Patty (the host) always respond to my text messages and questions. We would totally stay there again if in the area.

Perfect home to spend a vacation, Benigno was a great host, answered quickly to me at all times. Friendly and very private area. Loved the amenities the home had to offer. Very clean will definitely book again.

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The view was breathtaking, and there was plenty of parking available, which made things so convenient. The decorations were beautiful and gave the space a cozy, welcoming vibe. We also appreciated the abundance of cooking utensils—it made preparing meals super easy. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not heated, which would have made the experience even better. However, that’s a minor issue compared to all the wonderful aspects of this property. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our family's visit to Puerto Rico! The condo was clean and comfortable and the perfect launching pad for adventures- visiting Old San Juan, bio bay kayaking in Fajardo, and El Unique! The pools and the private beach just a short walk away made our stay that much more relaxing with the ease of access and the fun it provided for the kids. The only in downfalls were the missing mini golf clubs/balls so we couldn't play and the lazy river pool being under construction. Str (Edwin) was communicative and helpful, going out of his way to our stay the best it could be. Our family would definitely consider a second stay!
