We were last in Kanazawa in 1980 way before this apartment was built. It was very good that this is a spacious apartment. The beds were firm, which we like. And the location was perfect. Just a minutes walk and we could get everything fresh we needed for breakfast. Plus it’s within walking distance of the main attractions.

今回友人達と合計8人で利用させて頂きました。食材を持っていくだけで、器具や設備は揃っていてとても有難かったです。とにかく設備が充実していて、ヘアアイロン、ドライヤーだけでなく洗顔フォームや化粧水乳液、コットンなど、何から何まで揃えられていて感動しました。カードゲームなども豊富で、楽しむことができました。また、質問をした時などの返信もはやく有難かったです。今回この宿にして本当に良かったと思います！友人たちも大変気に入っていました。ありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います！

We had a nice stay in colo upstairs. We enjoyed having a washing machine/dryer and the room is spacious. The beds were ok, they sank a little, but we were so tired from our busy trip we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Check in&out was easy, we had good communication from Amy. Lots of extra amenities available too, although we didn’t use them. Overall a good experience.

We had no trouble finding the hotel from the train. It was a walking distance and it was quite a lovely walk because you see all the different stores and restaurants. We arrived early so we rested in the lounge and then went shopping and had lunch. Finally, our room was ready and we were very impressed with the decor as well as a cleanliness. We especially loves the outdoor onsen which made you feel really relaxed as you listen to the birds. Our next night was with another Iori property so they transported our luggage to the next destination (so that we didn’t have to lug it around on the bus). Overall, we would be returned!

We loved our stay! It is a beautiful and quirky place to stay in. You have access to all, bar included. The place is very well presented. Upstairs is very spacious with heating. Plenty of space to spread out with your luggage- you won’t feel on top of each other. The downstairs kitchen is well equipped. Location wise, it was perfect for us. Convenience store close by and many small eateries. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful space!

Si vous comptez visite Kanazawa et ses alentours, je ne peux que vous recommander le logement de Keita-san. Il est propre, tres bien situé et très confortable et surtout vous bénéficiez de tout les conseils de Keita-san comme où manger, que visiter et que faire. Keita-san fait parti des hôtes les plus gentils que j'ai rencontré, il est tres prévenant et fais en sorte que tout votre voyage se passe parfaitement bien. Je vous recommande vraiment de vous arrêter ici pour votre séjour.

Such a beautiful house and a great location. Our family of four really got to spread out compared to some of the small apartments we have stayed in. It was lovely to have a quick face to face welcome from our host. And so helpful to have a few sauces and oils at hand for basic cooking. Beds are Japanese stlye, so pretty firm, but we adapted quickly and slept well, waking naturally with the sunshine. Takayama is stunning and we loved our visit. Hopefully we can return!

Logement très pratique ! Nous avons passé la nuit avec deux couples. Le feu en extérieur nous a permis de passer une très belle soirée (attention il y a un supplément). Le parking se situe à 5 minutes à pied mais on peut accéder en voiture pour déposer les affaires avant d'aller se garer.

We rented a car and drove to Toyama, this house provides a car parking which it is not far from the house. The house also provides a chair massage which my family love it so much. The house is clean, the kitchen room is cozy and lovely. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Spotlessly clean and well-organised! The apartment had plenty of clean towels and essential amenities. Free parking right in front made it super convenient for families. No staircases—great for kids and elderly. The bedroom fits two queen beds, with comfy linens. Bathroom and toilet were spotless. Quiet area, yet walkable to Kokubunji Higashi restaurant street and Valor Takayama Minami Supermarket. For breakfast, we enjoyed Rinrin Café (run by a lovely elderly couple), Nanten Café, and Pickin Café (20+ only due to smoking area). Nearby bakeries include Train Bleu (delicious French pastries) and Koti Koti (pretty cookies and baked goods). We also relaxed at the nearby public onsen, Tenryo-no-yu—clean and soothing. For nightlife, Dekonaru Yokocho opens from 5 PM to 3 AM with food stalls and local vibes. Perfect stay for families or anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and local charm.

Certamente uma das melhores hospedagens que ficamos até hoje. Apartamento limpo e organizado, com todas as funcionalidades indicadas. A localização é outro diferencial, pois ele está a poucos minutos a pé das principais atrações locais, incluindo o Castelo de Kanazawa e ótimos restaurantes. Os proprietários foram gentis e proativos em todas as interações. Hospedagem altamente recomendada para casais e famílias com crianças.

周辺には商店がなく、コンビニエンスストアもありませんのでご注意ください。先に買い物をして、ここで休暇を過ごすのはいいことだ。とても楽しく泊まりました。設備が整っていて、清潔で整頓されていて、ご招待ありがとうございます。

Very nice stay. Never have seen such a clean apartment. We were there in winter. In summer, the closeness of the property to the sea and the marina may be an asset. Recommend visiting the rooftop and its 360 degree view of the Japanese alps, sea and the city. Could be a nice place for a barbecue or evening drink.

We were a family of 6 staying in this beautiful Airbnb overlooking the river. The house was perfect, absolutely no complaints. Host was very responsive when I asked questions. We would love to stay at such a luxurious place again next time!

家族4人で滞在しました。日本の伝統的な景色、田園風景の中に立つ一軒家のお宿。玄関を開くと目に飛び込む広々としたリビング。ペレットストーブの優しくゆれる炎に癒される滞在は至福の一時でした。和室の寝室は清潔感たっぷりの布団。あなたが日本人であってもそうでなくてもこの日本建築の和室空間で旅の思い出を作るに十分な休息を与えてくれます。イチイの巨木が庭先にそびえ立っています。朝の目覚めを小鳥の鳴き声からスタート。窓を明けたらイチイの巨木がお出迎え、自然を味わうのにサイコーの雰囲気です。アウトドアアクティビティの申し込み種類がとても豊富な宿です。もっと滞在して大自然を感じたくなりました。この特別な場所を言葉で伝えるのは難しいですが、くつろげる空間。再度訪れたい宿の一つとなりました。オーナーさんの丁寧な対応で不安なくチェックインからチェックアウトまでを過ごすことができました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Moe’s ‘little nest’ is in the heart of Kanazawa, 5 minutes walk from the Omicho market, and no more than 20 minutes walk from all of the main tourist districts, and less to the station. Although there are bus stops a couple of minutes away which serve the whole city. Moe is absolutely delightful - it was a real privilege to listen to Moe’s insight about her beautiful city and region. The accommodation is at the back of a wonderfully restored historic townhouse, and once through the hall, the zen garden and studio are completely self contained and very private. You can sit and drink tea in the garden yet have no idea you are in the city. Moe has thought of everything, and within a small space there is a full kitchen, everything you need to cook, a dining table, a mezzanine sitting area, and a full 21st century bathroom with bidet toilet and self-filling bath. Oh, and a very comfortable bed. I slept so well. It’s a truly special place. Kanazawa is a wonderful city. Moe is a fabulous.

Very large house in a quiet neighborhood of Takayama. Unusual in that it has both Japanese- and Western-style beds / bedrooms. Living room area next to kitchen is also a big plus for large groups. Super clean. Kitchen is well set up for light cooking. 10-15 minutes walk to Takayama station as well as to the scenic areas of town. Higly recommended for large groups - we had 10 stay very comfortably.
