Beautiful location. Clean. Spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Pictures accurately describe the apartment and the beach is better in person. Close to lots of restaurants and close to the apartment. Perfect location for getting around the island. Hosts communicate well.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our short stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, although they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus! It was a very loud Saturday night in the neighborhood but there was a celebration going on of some kind- I imagine it’s generally very peaceful. There’s a grocery store within walking distance too. We would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and an absolute steal! We had six in our party and fit very comfortably. Amenities at the Marriott were great and Jaque let us know everything we needed to know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Vera's Airbnb in St. Maarten! The unit was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy all it has to offer. Vera was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Maarten, thank you Vera for a fantastic experience!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful spot and would not consider staying anywhere else in St Marten. Brent and Michelle have gone out of their way to provide accommodation that gives ultimate value at a reasonable price. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped and gives you plenty of privacy as well as an outstanding breathtaking view. So nice to sit and have your coffee on the deck watching the crew ships come and go and all the other activities in the harbour. Beds were very comfortable, bonus to have an ensuite in each bedroom and AC would rapidly cool the apartment after the heat of the day. Both Brent and Michelle provide a wealth of knowledge concerning beaches and places you wish to visit and restaurants of all kinds. What a time! Menavia communicated at every stage of the stay, provided lovely suggestions and all amenities, including assisting me with car rental. Ever grateful for her guidance. & the garden😍✨ such a welcoming presentation of love and dedication. Will be returning every time I’m on the island for sure.

Sharon's place was top notch! She had everything you could possibly need. The furniture and decor were obviously chosen with love...the place was beautiful! It will be without a doubt the place we will stay when visiting Sint Maarten!

From the very start, she was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions on how to get there and sharing great recommendations for things to do. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. One of the highlights was when she took the time to personally greet us and even joined me for a piece of birthday cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my trip even more special. I really appreciated all of her help before and during our stay. If you’re looking for a kind and attentive host, Barbara is the best! Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. The environment is great if you come as a group, where you can entertain together but also everyone has their private space. Brandon was a very accessible host. the place was well situated and next time if I am coming with a group I would definitely stay at his place.

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, comfortable couch and all the amendities to feel like home. Large bedroom and bathroom, a lot of closet space and a nice and hot shower. The house is easy to find, clear instructions and self check-in. Prompt and friendly communication with Binkie. Very much recommended!

Villa Bora is a beautiful villa with spectacular views . The hosts makes the stay so comfortable. We have stayed here before and we are never disappointed.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce petit paradis. Endroit très calme vue sur la mer, aucun souci tout est propre. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. La piscine et les extérieurs sont un vrai plus et super appréciée après une journée à découvrir l'île. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons à 100%!

Perfect Airbnb for an extended stay in st Maarten. Heather was super helpful when I extended and was able to stay in one of her other apartments in the building. All the apartments are great and have everything you need. If you need anything extra they have it! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

Nous avons séjourné chez Tanguy durant une semaine. Le logement est dans une résidence sécurisée, paisible et bien entretenue. L'appartement est confortable, bien aménagé, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Tanguy a été un hôte disponible et il s'est préoccupé de nous durant le séjour. Le logement correspond à la description dans l'annonce.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

Beautiful home… exactly as described. Gorgeous views and great location. Easy access to all areas of the island. Lionel was quick to respond. His dog, Louna, was an added bonus. She was even great with the 23 month old that traveled with us. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Sint Maarten.

Glen and Jen were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was exactly like the pictures. Easy location to walk to restaurants, groceries and lovely water views surrounding their location. It was a wonderful experience!!!
