とっても親切に対応してくださりありがとうございました。家族も大満足です。近場の花見🌸スポット勧めてくれたり、深夜の到着にもかかわらず、対応してくれたりして、春のような暖かさを感じました。

A nice, flexible space with a great bath and lots of beds. It's a traditional Japanese house so lots of sliding doors which can be noisy when sneaking around sleeping babies but the aircon/heating were really good so we were never too hot or cold despite the fluctuating weather. It was a really comfortable space to go to after walking around the city to see the sights. The location is brilliant: close enough to walk to so many of the big sights and the lovely old town in general, surrounded by great restaurants and useful stores, but just far enough away to be very peaceful. Oh and its about 3 min walk to the best ice cream in town, and 5min to the best coffee in town!

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

とてもリラックスできる空間でのびのびと過ごすことができました また複合スーパーも徒歩ですぐのため利便性もとても良いです スーパーとは反対方向に少し歩くとファミリーマートもあります 駐車場はスーパーの駐車場を利用しますが、駐車場に入る道順が少し分かりにくい面はあります

A unique, spacious old property full of nice features including a lovely courtyard! Although it can be chilly at night & in the morning (as you would expect from old Japanese houses), there are plenty of heaters and their comfortable beds are even fitted with electric blankets! It’s also conveniently located even if you don’t have a car - a few minutes to Seki train station & the nice historical town of Sekijuku and a 10-minute walk to a good supermarket plus two convenient stores. Highly recommended.

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！
