Shirley's home was the perfect choice for us. It was clean well-decorated and included all the kitchenware that anyone could possibly need. Its close proximity to rec centers, country clubs and town squares was an added plus.

Great place to stay for access to High Springs. I am only speaking from a cave diving aspect but my future asks would be a place to hang drysuits and other wet diving gear and a check-out time of 11a or 12 instead of 10a.

Check in was a breeze and we found the place exactly as it was described. Bunlim and Annie were quick with their responses and sweet to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend and will be excited to stay again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our stay in Eustis. Close location to everything we were looking to go do and home was lovely. So nice to get a welcome basket upon arrival with a few snacks and treats for our stay. Thanks for a great stay

We loved staying at this Airbnb! We like the modern look and the spaciousness of the three bedroom and two bath unit. We especially liked the fact that we were very close to Lake Sumter Landing and not too far from Brownwood or Spanish Springs Square. The house was very close to the community pool, and we enjoyed talking to the friendly residents who live in the area. Although we went out to eat most of the time for our dinner, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and almost anything you would need if you were wanting to prepare most of your meals at the home. We give this very high marks for all of the amenities!

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown area and the Springs. We had a plumbing issue however the owners took care of it quickly. Much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and felt safe.

My stay at Dawns beautiful place was 10/10 it was spacious, very clean and very nice. I really enjoyed staying there I’ll definitely recommend others to stay here as well if you’re visiting Jacksonville Florida it’s 2 blocks from amazing restaurants that offers morning, evening and night hours. Definitely recommend ‼️

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Great place to stay for a UF Football game!

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

This was our third stay at the Mid-Century Modern Apartment...this time we were here for two months, and we would happily return. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to downtown, to the historic district, and to Depot Park and many excellent restaurants and breweries. The wonderful Gainesville-Hawthorne bike trail is just a couple of blocks away. The apartment is comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. We especially loved the big comfy sofa in the living room, and our kitty enjoyed hanging out in her catio on the lovely private patio. Karen and Andy are kind and generous hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well-taken care of. Thanks for another great stay!

I was looking for a place to stay on the east side of Gainesville and Shana’s place was perfect. Shana is so welcoming and the accommodations were clean, quiet, and uncomplicated. Much gratitude!

From the moment my fiancé and I arrived at the 1872 Denham Inn to celebrate our engagement, we were enveloped in pure romantic charm. The historic property's carefully preserved Victorian architecture created the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. Our room featured elegant period furnishings while providing all the modern comforts we could want. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable - from the thoughtfully prepared breakfast served on antique china. The innkeepers went above and beyond to make our engagement celebration memorable, even surprising us with a candle lit breakfast. The grounds were absolutely enchanting, with manicured gardens perfect for an evening stroll. The wraparound porch, complete with cozy rocking chairs, offered a serene spot to watch the sunset together. We especially loved learning about the inn's rich history from the knowledgeable and warmly hospitable staff.

We enjoyed a 1 night stay in the Honeymoon Cottage on our honeymoon. It was so cute and the lighting outside was picturesque at night! The breakfast was delicious too!

Pat's mansion is an absolute delight. I have loved every minute of my stay and so thankful she allows dogs! I honestly never want to leave the Denham Inn - it's a fantastic and relaxing safe haven! Breakfast every morning is the cherry on top! ;-)

We loved this historical bed and breakfast. The host was wonderful, good communication and very accommodating. We also enjoyed her tasty and fulfilling breakfast. This place is a most see especially if you are interested in our country’s history. It’s also easy to find.

The following review statement is from my parents for whom I gifted a B&B experience: "Our stay at 1872 Denham was blissful and timely; a perfect way to end 2024 and start 2025. We enjoyed the comforts of the Gold Room which included a cozy bed which provided a restful sleep and a large private bathroom thoughtfully stocked with paper products, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. The breakfast which included a delectable concoction of fruit composter, eggs, meats, and bread left us satiated and energized to move forward with the day."

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself

In a last minute decision to visit Cumberland Island over the summer, I made the knee-jerk booking to Good Bread Inn. The wait staff, room and access to the National park registration and ferry were above expectation. The local population and nightlife was bustling for a Thursday and the music options and venues were plentiful while maintaining that small town coastal charm. The resources for bagged lunches, parking recommendations, where to eat (Mardja was very eager to mention a few favorite spots) as well as the shared history of the location and inn were a definite retreat and set a wonderful mood for the entire experience. Highly recommend you stay at this location and enjoy all St Mary’s offers.
