Beautiful & quiet location right along the river with tons of paddle boards, kayaks & all the amenities you could ask for. Truly blessed to have found this gem.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very close to Rainbow Springs and KP hole.Awesome pool area with plenty of room to spread out and socialize. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door! Very clean with a great vibe and decor. Highly recommended!!

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

Great home, great host, honestly I can’t even put in words how easy it was staying here. I had no worries and no complaints. Host was extremely friendly and cooperative and I felt safe in all aspects. I even recommended to my friends to stay here one time. Don’t let the cheap price sway you away, this is the one!

We had such a marvelous time at camp collop. What. Magical place. Everything was so very well maintained and well stocked house with All the amenities you would need to enjoy your time on the water. The access to the river was perfect. The kids enjoyed the rope swing and we enjoyed the convenience of paddling and being able to come back to the home easily without having to go to the parks or stand in lines etc. the town of dunnellon had so many amenities so close to the house...dinner each night was less than 10min from the house. Everyone in my family said this was one of the best vacations they had gone on ...the peacefulness of this home and location transmitted a beautiful sense of magic. We all want to come back soon. This was worth it...you won't go wrong staying here and enjoying all the amenities this place has.

We had such a wonderful time here! Used the kayaks, and enjoyed the screened in porch every morning. Definitely want to come back. It exceeded our expectations!!!!

David was a gentleman and a scholar!! Appreciate the clear (and simple) communication, especially the easily memorable door code set specifically for us. House was exactly as pictured and described, clean and open, made for an excellent friend’s vacay. Ice machine was a plus as was beautiful entertainment kitchen. Thank you for providing adequate paper and plastic goods, makes for an easy vacation. House is very well equipped with clean, new and well organized kitchen and bathroom goods. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing spot to explore the forest, get in the water, and make memories by the fire! Our group of 20 booked both homes on the property. Kathy is an amazing host and provided great company. This is a wonderful spot to escape to and surround yourself with nature.

Alisha's place was perfect! We only got to stay one night but it was just what we needed after a long day. The house is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and Alisha was a great host! We definitely recommend staying at Alisha's place.

Off the beaten path, yet close proximity to a number of unique and cool things to do. (Like the animal park, or seafood restaurants) Hosts provide a number of local recommendations and things such as Starbucks or Grocery stores are nearby. Great location near the waterway that leads to other places to explore by kayaks provided by the hosts. Definitely will consider this place again when we return to the area.

It was such a peaceful stay. The sounds of nature was abundant. Its a very nice place to stay and eould definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to stay to explore Mount Dora. It’s a very short walk (under 15 mins) to downtown. Open floor plan, stocked with amenities (towels ) and comfortable rooms. We hope to stay here again for future visits ! It’s wonderful!!

Probably my favorite stay that I’ve booked! The location is private, peaceful & beautiful but still ~10 minutes from grocery stores & restaurants. Well-stocked with just about everything you could need and the best-equipped kitchen I’ve had at an airbnb yet. Ann is thoughtful, quick to respond, and friendly. Would love to book again!

Great piece of property in a beautiful neighborhood. Had plenty to do in the home and outside: large jenga blocks, s’mores pit, kayaking on the withlacoochie river, pushing the kids on the tree swing, karaoke machine, playing video games. Less than 10 mins away from a pretty sweet walking trail. Pet friendly too if you have your furbabies. My husband and I are talking about returning here when the weather is warmer to visit the springs!

Quaint little place as a midway stop for us. We were delayed by several hours due to traffic and our gps took us to the wrong spot at first. We finally arrived at almost midnight and everything was ready and Bernadette answered a question for us. The accommodations were great, it had everything we needed and was very clean. Right on the water and a lovely little dock. It was a little chilly and we only had a short stop so we didn’t get to enjoy the back porch but it looked great. There’s a great little stand down the road with boiled peanuts and they were delicious. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone was very friendly. We had dinner at Gator Bay almost next door and the food was delicious, everyone was very friendly and a great atmosphere. Bernadette was a great host, she even came over and played with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a relaxing mini vacation and had a great time. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night. Marjorie was a great host and her communication was top notch! The place was well kept and very clean. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing little gem of a place. I was in town with my son for a Highschool fishing tournament and this place was exactly what we needed. Very clean. Host was so helpful and responsive. I will stay again next time I am in town.

We loved it! Our dog lived the yard, my son loved kayaking and I loved how clean the cabin smelled!

The listing for this place was more than we had expected. The host had ample items in the kitchen for us to use to cook with. They have starter bathroom supplies to for those who travel from plane to use, other than toothbrush and paste. For those outdoor enthusiasts, they have floating devices to use and even some kayaks to take to their private park to launch into the rainbow river. They responded very quickly when we had a question. I tell you we felt very welcome and will try to return, but for a longer stay next time.

We have a wonderful time at Very Beary Cabin. My three grandsons had a blast and my 4 year old didn't want to leave. My 7 year old told me this was a memory he will keep in his heart forever and the 9 year old said he had a great time.We all really hated leaving this cabin it was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we hoped for. Cozy cabin getaway with all the essentials and more. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Kayaked a few times everyday. Our 4 year old Golden Retriever thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the yard and got a long with Tallie the very friendly cat who kept us company. Very peaceful getaway. Thank you so much for having us!

Sugar Shack is delightful. Gwen’s place is well-equipped. The surroundings are perfect. My husband and I loved the peaceful setting on the Suwannee River. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and walking the quiet neighborhood.
